Overall okay place to stay, was clean and comfortable enough for me and kids to stay in. Probably won’t again though, at least not with my kids. There were some small things I noticed. The back plate on the door was damaged and a couple of the pillowcases had cuts in them. The most concerning was the smoke detector had a bag tied over it which screamed a safety concern. Then, the first night the fire alarm went off briefly (turned out to be a false alarm) and there was no notice if everything was safe to return. I had to call to verify.

The room smelled funky, the shower didn’t drain, the water pressure in the sink was like a trickle, the refrigerator somehow made our drinks warmer than the air in the room. This is a budget hotel that way overcharges.

The staff was nice and very accommodating as well as the rooms were big and super clean. Only thing i would have wanted to have in the room was a lamp because all 5 over head lights were so bright and when its time to wine down low lighting is a preference. But 10 stars anyday for sure.

Room was clean but oddly furnished. There was no coffee maker and the heat was not working. It was set on 85 degrees when I walked in the door so someone knew it wasn’t heating. It stayed around 65 degrees all night. Also, at checkin & checkout the desk staff could not confirm what I was being charged because “I paid online.”

My room wasn't cleaned to the best at arrival. There was hair around the bottom of the toilet and in the drain and the bathroom floor hadnt been property mopped. Everything else looked and felt clean for the most part. Some dusting was needed and the carpets are sticky but what can you expect. The front desk staff was AMAZING. I'm so upset that I didn't get the younger girls name who checked me in. She's so personable and kind. All the ladies were very kind and I have had no issues so far with billing!

I asked for a do not disturb sign 2 times was told wouldn’t be disturbed or no person would enter to clean room, well that wasn’t the case they still entered and still disturbed me. I expect if someone tells me you don’t need that door sign and I have been put on a do not enter room list they adhere by that.
