My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel instantly at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a lovely mix of comfort and style. Location-wise, the hotel is in a great spot — close to train station, Restaurant, The Grounds, Supermarket, etc. Yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be returning.

Loved this hotel. The location is fantastic for access to dinning, shopping and transport and the staff and rooms were 10/10. There is only one issue that is challenging for guests in locations like this - lack of dedicated guest parking. But I loved the stay in this hotel so much , i will make that sacrifice to stay here again.

Fantastic modern hotel

Really lovely room, modern and stylish. easy and quick check in. Staff members we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. We ate at the Brew Dog Bar and had the most amazing Gelato at the place just over the road Only very small gripe we had was that the A/C is on a door sensor that was a little touchy and it took us a bit to figure our you had to push it quite hard closed to get it to work (room 9) otherwise we had a fantastic stay

I was very disappointed with my stay and this all comes down to how this place is managed. I only gave it two stars because the rooms were new. I did not have a problem with the reduced opening of reception (7am to 7pm) when booking this hotel, but during my stay I barely saw the receptionists at the reception. There was only a sign to say to call them if needed. This was a huge problem for me, since my international phone plan did not work and it lead to some incidents: -I had to wait in the lobby 45mins to check-in even though I was there only 30mins after the official check-in time. -In the room I was given the bathroom smelled like sewage for two days before I saw somebody in the reception to have it fixed. -I had to ask the cleaner to get the receptionist so that I could find out what was going on when I was switching rooms (the first one was very loud, even with ear plugs) The worst incident however, was when my hotel room door was left open. I told three different receptionist about this, but did not receive any message from the management. I had to ask for it specifically. If this incident was truly "taken seriously" I would have assumed they would have reached out to me, but they did not. Additionally, I found it quite peculiar that they could reach out to me thought the hotels.com chat when asking for my email for the manager to send me a generic response but they could not do it while I had a confusion about the room change issue. Will not be staying here again.

AMAZING property especially for a long stay.Me and my wife stayed here for 8 nights.Its super clean,spacious and best of all THE most central location to go anywhere in Sydney because of 3 stations within a 10min walk that can take you anywhere you want for the literally the fraction of the price compared to uber.The room are very very clean and the beds are so comfy.Only thing is I would say the hotel doesnt have a laundry service however there are really really good laundromats near the hotel so its not that big of a deal maybe a little less convenient.The food options near the hotel are amazing aswell so you dont always have to go in the city.The staff is super super friendly and welcoming.If your ever in Sydney don't bother with any other place just book this and take my word for it as someone whose in the airline industry I've stayed in Hotels enough to tell you,your not going to be disappointed.

Our stay at Hoteloco was a reasonable one - despite some very unclear check in conversation on arrival where we were left standing in reception alone while staff vanished for ten minutes. The location is convenient for surrounding suburbs/theatres/sports, the room comfortable and clean. We had an accessible room - and while it had great wide spaces and a functional roll in shower, many things (like a ceiling high wardrobe space, glassware etc being above standing chest height, bathroom soap being above standing chest height - if you’re in a chair travelling alone you may have issues) left us feeling as if they had been an afterthought. Location was very quiet - we were on the back side so that may have been More why, but even in reception there was little to no noise from outside. It’s a lovely new hotel, and the design is clean and modern - although one questionable artwork in the hall gave us pause more than once during our stay. It’s a little on the more expensive side for where it is - central CBD is more budget friendly - but if you’re looking for a change this is a nice one. We hope to return and see how we go second time round - maybe just teething issues our first visit.
