The staff are very attentive and the apartment was clean. If you have a car this is an ideal place to stay. Having a washing machine in the room made our vacation so much less complicated as we are away for three weeks. The metro station was only 5 minutes by car and for 1.90 we were in to Seville in four stops. Parking for the rental car is free at the metro stations. The room is very quiet.

Everything is very spacious and in good state. Easy parking and only 6 euro a night. When you have the luck new guests before you did not fill in the check in form online you have to wait about 25 minutes before it is your turn.

A good size rooms, washing machine and dryer available. Spacious areas and also im the common areas. However the bath towels and bed sheets have seen better days. A bit distant from Central Seville. I arrived early but denied an early check in and outside the property there is an unpleasant stench and I find it in many parts of Spain. What’s going on? The unit itself was very clean and we loved the stay once’s we checked in. We truly enjoyed the stay inside the unit. Ample parking and easy access via metro but parking at the station is a challenge - but entire Spain has a parking challenge. They should figure out a solution.
