not good.

only stayed here for one night, the bathroom taps were leaky - didn't work properly and made a really annoying dripping sound all night. the toilet didn't flush after one usage. the bed was hard as a rock....really bad pillows too. oh and the fridge didn't work either. the place was clean, although really thats the only positive thing i can say. location isn't great either, 30 mins by bus to heraklion. i guess you get what you pay for!

Do not go to this hotel

Last night before leaving Crete we needed a hotel near Herakleon for the next mornings' flight; this one showed up on the website as available and 4.0 reviews. Big mistake, even though showing available, when we arrived hotel manager said no rooms available. He took us next door to the neighboring hotel with the only room being one in the basement a 1/2 story below grade. Both hotels were unkempt, very run down and frankly depressing; the pictures were very deceiving; the swimming pool area looked like a jungle. The manager did help and call a few other hotels that he knew of but in general was not of much help. We left without staying.

해변과 가깝지만 시내에서 버스로 15분정도 걸립니다. 버스가 자주있지만 좀 거리가 있네요! 하지만 직원 친절도는 너무 좋습니다. 저희둘때문에 수영장 물 새로 갈았었어요 !! 단, 아침은 드시지 마세요 ㅎㅎ

une expérience mitigée

Nous avons passé une semaine à l'hôtel Minoas, notre chambre était sale, les murs de la salle de bain et le bac à douche étaient crasseux... La cuvette des WC n'était pas propre... A l'ouverture du frigo une vice a sauté, la poignée de la porte du placard est restée dans ma main... nous avions l'impression d'être dans un hôtel en kit... Le ménage est très succinct, les draps sont changés deux fois par semaine, les serviettes plus souvent mais rien en ce qui concerne la salle de bain... Le propriétaire nous a réservé un bon accueil, par contre les prix sont fixés à la tête du client, il vaut mieux connaître quelques mots de grec pour comprendre et se faire entendre.... L'hôtel dispose d'un joli jardin, une piscine, un restaurant, un snack bar et se situe à quelques minutes environ 15 mins en transports en commun du centre d'Héraklion... Nous ne séjournerons pas une fois de plus dans cet hôtel, à cause du manque de propreté des chambres.
