Generally good. The only problem was that the air conditioner didn’t really work. It was 94 degrees in Florence and our room never seemed to get below about 85. Time for a replacement!

It smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. We were not able to air it out and leave windows open because it was on a very busy noisy street. I did complain to the owner and they offered to send someone over to try and do something but it was too late at night. Also the apartment was not equipped with much. It could use some updating and cleaning up.

Do NOT stay here!! This accommodation ruined our Florence experience. The shower was non-functional. (It didn’t drain and overfilled onto the bathroom floor…would have flowed into the apartment if we hadn’t turned it off. Plus, the shower door didn’t block water at the base and it didn’t maintain temperature for the very short time we had the water on). There was mold on the wall in both the kitchen and bathroom. The street noise was extremely loud. We only stayed one night (thank goodness) and when we tried to leave the next morning, the door was blocked with supplies for the next guests. (We honestly struggled to get the door open.) The staff were unhelpful when we called to report the shower and non-responsive when we called after leaving the property.

Localizaçao excelente, camas confortáveis. TV nao sintoniza canais e infelizmente nao tive ajuda para resolver. A sorte é que o wifi funcionou bem. Avaliação foi boa, mas poderia ser melhor.

Communication piece could improve. I emailed and asked several times if I could check in earlier which worked out great but there was no response. However, they use their own platform which due to internet issues i had very hard time loading therefore i would highly encourage to check emails more frequently. Also, apartment has a lot of black mold throughout. apart from that it was a cute little spot close to metro stop.
