As a solo female traveller, I felt safe with the exceptionally friendly staff who made a point of knowing who I was by name and checked on me every time I went in and out of the hotel. The area itself is not for the faint hearted but I was being picked up for day tours from the hotel door each day so really didn’t bother me and there were lots of lovely restaurants close by. A well located and equipped hotel

We stayed in the hotel twice, with a brief trip to Safari in between (the hotel was happy to hold one bad in between which was much appreciated). It's a very well located hotel, so close to some fantastic bars, coffee shops and restaurants (Rosetta Roastery, Nikkei & Clarkes particular local highlights for us). The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely spot to watch the sun go down. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would happily return.

Staff were great. Everything was top. A little too quiet for my liking, but it was very nice. Pool deck was enjoyable when it wasn’t windy. I would recommend a hot tub instead of a pool. The pool is a hot tub size and was chilly.
