Only nice thing is that it's in the centre

Casa letran confused us by sending a video of the door lock of the hall. We then thought we had to go through that door to go outside but apparently there was another door to go outside and because of the stress of figuring out how to get to our room we forgot that this was the door to go outside. And they gave us a room with 1 bed instead of the 2 separate beds we booked. The room is quite clean and it has a separate bathroom. The were little cockroaches in the bathroom. Location is good because it's in the centre & not far of the train station.

We had a great stay!

We stayed June 2025 and we genuinely had an amazing stay. The value for money was the best we had in Spain and we were pleasantly surprised with how light and airy the room was. Bathroom was shared but we didn't bump into anyone during our stay. Air con works well and the terrace on the roof is lovely. Would return without hesitation.

La habitación menos que básica con baño compartido, supuestamente entre 2 pero que el edifico entero lo usa sin control y a veces se forma cola. Entre el ruido de la ducha con gente duchándose a las 4 de la madrugada no hemos podido pegar ojo ninguna noche. Hemos abierto una reclamación con hotels.com por la inconveniencia y la mala experiencia con este lugar!

La chambre était sympa, mais malheureusement le lit n’était pas confortable, et les murs sont très fins du coup énormément de bruit dans la nuit de plus ce n’est pas précisé que la douche et les toilettes sont partagées. I would say you get what you pay for and me and my partner were very satisfied about what we got. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable and the pillows were dreamy. Moreover in our room there were room for the beds a counter and nothing else. The walls are paper thin so you may or may not be lucky with your neighbours. The shared bathroom was clean but a little flooded. We lived on the 3rd floor and had easy access to a the cute terrass. The location of the hotel is world class - middle of the center with closeness to restaurants and shopping as well as to the beach.

I don't recommend

It was not as clean as you'd hope. The bedsheets had a yellow colour. Even if they're like that after washing them... They could buy new ones of they are coloured as a customer doesn't know what that is. They are not compliant with European Data Protection laws whereby they are NOT allowed to take a photograph of our ID. Yet they'll ask to take a photo which is sent by WhatsApp thereafter. What was worse is that next room had their lights switch button connected to our room. The result was that when they turned it on at 4/5 AM, we were all of the sudden with our lights on too. And no chance for us to switch them off. So for these reasons, I am sorry but I can't recommend it.

L’emplacement était très bien, la literie de bonne qualité et le ménage est fait tous les jours. C’est une arrivée autonome avec une boîte à clés qui n’est pas précisé lors de la réservation, donc une fois arrivée devant la porte il faut attendre les instructions qui ne sont pas communiquées à l’avance. Lors de la réservation il n’est pas explicitement précisé que c’est une salle de bain partagée. De nombreux défauts, la présence d’insectes dans la chambre et salle de bain, la porte de la salle de bain capricieuse où l’on risque de rester coincer, manque de papier toilette et de l’eau sous le parquet du couloir.

Muy mala experiencia.

Información poco clara. Hay cucarachas y chinches. El servicio es mediocre. Hice la reserva para la habitación confort doble con baño privado, cuando llegamos me dieron la habitación doble básica con baño compartido. Y la habitación que yo había reservado, ya no existía en su catálogo de habitaciones. Según la señora, enviaron un comunicado que nunca me llegó, indicando que el baño es compartido. Ese baño compartido tenía cucarachas. La cerradura de la habitación estaba dañada y no cerraba, por lo que nos cambiaron de habitación a una con baño privado. El baño privado, es un metro cuadrado en el que la ducha está encima del váter y ni siquiera cabía el lava manos, por lo que lo pusieron en medio de la habitación. La tapa del vatar está rota. En esta no había chinches ni cucharas (que hayamos visto) pero las toallas estaban sucias. El trato de la señora que nos atendió deja mucho que desear.

De accommodatie ligt midden in het centrum met veel eetgelegenheden etc. Het is een zeer minimaal maar voldoende verblijf voor een minimale prijs. Op de foto is het dakterras te zien, ziet er leuk uit maar je hebt alleen zicht op de omringende muren van de andere gebouwen. Het was ook niet fijn om een gedeelde badkamer en wc te hebben, men liet het erg vies achter. Ik zou het ook niet geschikt vinden voor verblijf met kinderen. Maar al met al voldeed het gezien de prijs.

Molto vicina al centro, posizione comodissima. Il bagno che doveva essere ad uso esclusivo per solo 2 camere in realtà era utilizzato da gente di tutti i piani a qualsiasi ora, quindi quasi impossibile trovarlo libero. Molta confusione sia interna all'ostello (questo via e vai dal bagno avveniva a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte) che nella strada sottostante piena di locali. Abbiamo trovato cimici dei letti e nelle coperte c'erano piccole macchioline di sangue.

Nos dieron una habitación justo detrás de la recepción y al lado de un baño que supuestamente es para dos habitaciones (ponía en un cartel pero entraba todo el mundo), lo preguntamos y decían que era para las chicas también con lo cual toda la noche sin pegar ojo, se escuchaba todo todo. La habitación estaba sucia incluso vimos como las sábanas no estaban limpias. Sinceramente no volvería, lo único que puedo decir es que la ubicación era muy buena pero no lo recomiendo, o al menos que sean más pulcros, más cuidadosos con la limpieza y que que todo el mundo pueda entrar en el baño que está pegada a la habitación debería de saberlo el huésped porque nosotros íbamos a una carrera y esa noche con tanto tránsito fue un horror. Lo siento pero deberíais revisar y no es que pagáramos como un hostal que dices pagas lo que tienes, es que estaba bien pagado para lo que hemos tenido, muy mala experiencia.

Muy decepcionante y nada barato

Muy mal lo de no poner que es baño compartido, la dueña indica que es culpa de la web hotels.com, tienen los Dos culpa y siendo ella la responsable debía preocuparse más de que aparece para ofrecer sus habitaciones y no engañar a los usuarios!!!! Al reservar ponen 5 fotos donde aparece una foto de baño y en la descripción pone literal: servicios de la habitación baño, aire acondicionado, etc, por lo tanto se entiende que tiene baño. Una estafa engañar a la gente así. No hubiésemos reservado. Mucho OJO TODOOOO ES BAÑO COMPARTIDO Y NO LO DICEN!! Además la limpieza no existe en la habitación hay mesitas de noche muy sucias, ropero con ropa de otros huéspedes anteriores con muy mal olor el ropero, espejo muy sucio y la habitación con pelusas y fuerte olor a pies. Entro una cucaracha pequeña imagino que del baño que es la puerta contigua. No se puede dormir porque la puerta del baño está hinchada y hay que empujarla muy fuerte y tirar muy fuerte para cerrarla, además de los ruidos propios del baño... . usándolo 7 personas cuando dijo que solo había un chico.... Otra mentira más! En fin cobran normal nada barato omitiendo en esta web lo de los baños compartidos. Pongo foto de la cucaracha, el espejo se ven varias huellas y un bicho que había en la sabanas del tamaño de la cucaracha. Lo único bueno el colchón y la almohada cómodo, es lo único que se puede destacar, lo demás con tal nivel de ruido del baño es como si no hubiese pared literal!
