I had a great stay at Vida Dubai Mall. The hotel is conveniently connected to the mall through Chinatown. Since it opened in February everything was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The gym and sauna were amazing. The friendly staff truly made my stay unforgettable. Special thanks to Shohrukh for his time and patience in finding the best room with Burj Khalifa view for my family even when the hotel was almost fully booked. The housekeeping team was also very kind and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Many thanks to Shifat, Ibrahim and Aman. I highly recommend Vida Dubai Mall if you're looking to stay in Downtown and enjoy the glamorous attractions nearby.

I was really looking forward to checking out the property, especially since I used to live next door and expected a similar level of service and amenities. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. I initially gave it the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might have been an off day, but on my final night, I tried dinner again and was served undercooked pasta. I chose not to complain at the time and just took it as a lesson learned. In addition to the food, the service overall was not up to the standard I expected. The staff could really benefit from further training, especially in hospitality and service delivery. Housekeeping was another challenge entirely. That said, the location is fantastic—but there’s definitely room for improvement across the board.

This is the place to stay! The staff are top notch, the hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. Love that they accommodated us a late checkout and let us use the changing room and showers after holding our bags all day so we were refreshed for a late night flight.

The hotel is generally luxurious and clean, check-in and check-out are fast and they give you until 3 pm, its breakfast is good and it is distinguished by its wonderful location as it is located inside the Dubai Mall and through the elevators you can go to the mall via the Chinese market, but although its room is tidy, its defect is legitimate, which is that it is small and very similar to the rooms of London hotels

Property Itself was lovely and good value for money. However yet again VIP Expedia status “not recognised” on check in… after 10 mins of debate with reception finally got the upgrade that should come as standard with status. Embarrassing having to discuss this with other people around. Only when I said I would get Expedia to contact the hotel she then magically sorted it. Not. Good experience on arrival which sets the tone of the stay. Such a shame as the hotel is a good 4 star and great location. I have still given a fair 4/5.

Emplacement parfait mais pas l’hôtel parfait ..

Hotel recent (Février 2025) situé au cœur de Dubaï à côté du Dubaï Mall. Hôtel élégant sans être luxueux, personnel sympathique, localisation parfaite et accès au Mall par une passerelle. Par contre les chambres sont un peu petites pour Dubaï, l’hôtel n’occupe que les premiers étages de la tour c’est à dire que les vues impressionnantes sont pour la partie « residence «  et pas hôtel, l’insonorisation avec le couloir n’est pas digne d’un hôtel neuf et la douche était dans une baignoire donc l’accès vraiment haut et large rendait son accès acrobatique
