Terrible Experience – Misrepresented and Possibly Fraudulent Listing – AVOID AT ALL COSTS
What is advertised is absolutely not what you get. I believe this property may be operated by someone intentionally misleading travelers — taking payment in advance and then either making access difficult or impossible, or providing accommodations that are completely different from what’s shown.
After considerable effort, we finally got into the property, only to be stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes. When we reached what was described as a "Luxury Double Room with Balcony and City View," we found:
• A bed with no blanket or duvet
• No mini fridge
• No coffee maker
• No soundproofing (we could clearly hear other tenants using the bathroom)
• No king bed
• No bathrobe
• No “luxury,” pathetic “balcony”, and no city view
It was a complete misrepresentation. I’ve included my own photos for comparison — they are nothing like what the host advertises.
We arrived late (10:30 PM) and stayed one night only. The next morning, I messaged the host to inform them we were leaving due to the unacceptable conditions and requested a refund. I received no response. All subsequent attempts to contact the host/manager went unanswered
This experience was deeply upsetting and a total waste of time and money. I will be filing a formal complaint with Hotels.com.
My advice: DO NOT book this property. It is misleading at best, and fraudulent at worst.
