Nice room, but need better staffs

The guy at the front desk was dress like he’s out for a walk and wearing flip flops, not professional appearance. Another lady was pretty much mute, didn’t respond I when spoke to her. Seem to be own by an Indian family. Had issue with the television and kept hearing a thumping noise throughout the night.

Great rooms - property needs work!

Room was excellent - very clean! The lobby carpet was in desperate need of replacing - duct tape holding it together in many places. Breakfast was very disappointing - barely anything. Had to get breakfast somewhere else.

Not worth staying at.

The hotel was not nice. There were prostitutes walking down the hallway with a dog, even though the hotel said pets weren't allowed. The room was not clean. The sheets had a stain that looked gross. The shower was disgusting and the water pressure was terrible. The drain didn't work well. There was no soundproofing in the walls. You could hear all the yelling in the hallway. The refrigerator made sounds all night that sounded like demons. The breakfast was boring. It was basically bread,milk,coffee,two cereals and some instant oatmeal. Oh, and when we came back to the hotel later in the day there were 4 or 5 cop cars blocking the entrance. I don't know what was happening because everything seemed okay in the hotel. We just saw one police come in as we were entering.

Skip this one unless you like heat

We had several delayed flights, which put our check-in past 10 pm. I sent a message to the hotel, and received a message back saying our reservation was secure. When we arrive at 3 am, exhausted and travelweary with little kids in tow, the lobby was a very warm temperature. I'd say it was at least 80°. The man who checked me in said breakfast was at 9:30. I should have clarified, because breakfast was from 7 to 9 am. After trudging up the stairs, we discovered our room was scorching, like the rest of the building. Our kid thermometer said it was over 90°. We turned the A/C unit on immediately and stripped down. I opened the fridge freezer mini combo and found it needed to be defrosted at least a year ago. The fridge part was too warm. We had to put milk and children's prescription medications on ice to keep them cold. Thank heavens the ice machine worked. We then lay on hard beds, with flat pillows, without blankets because it was like a sauna. The kids and I fell asleep. My husband couldn't sleep due to the heat. He sat in the wobbly desk chair near the A/C, because the unit would turn off every so often. We overslept our alarm, then rushed to check out by 11 am. It was still hot in the room at 10:20 am when we woke up. A woman knocked on the door at 11:10, telling us we needed to check out. We forgot an item and when I called to see if they found it, and she said yes, but they wouldn't send it. The room was clean-ish, the bedding was okay. The floors were dirty. D+ stay.

They tried to give us a lower level room than what we paid for. When we confronted them about this, they made excuses, and when we told them we were contacting hotels.com, they badgered us about taking the room (there was also concerns about cleanliness and safety as the people in line before us found a used needle in their bed). We decided to cancel our stay and find somewhere safer and cleaner that had better business ethics.

Just don’t

I believe the hotel is infested with mold, as it has a similar smell. The “newly remodeled” is paint splattered all over the hotel. There’s paint on the carpets, all over hand rails and everywhere. The room itself looked… okay. There were two ceiling lights missing a face plate and a weird coat hanger hook that looked to weigh 5 pounds barely hanging from the wall, partially screwed in. Staff were confusing on how to go about getting a refund. Will be reporting the hotel to the city, avoid at all costs.
