disappointing stay

Several things / Asked for early arrrival when we were arrived 1 hour early they wanted extra 35.00 we declined. no micro wave in room, no coffee maker, no easy access for ice like an ice bucket which every hotel I've stayed in provides; we had to call front desk who said to use a thermal bag in room with an option to buy at $45.00. Very limited electrical outlets in room . not enough for two people to have electrical outlets for pcs and phone chargers. morning breakfast was below average and did not provide juice or oatmeal . very disappointed in service provided compared to other hotels at a same price

Horribly uncomfortable bed that dipped in the middle. Loudest air conditioner I’ve ever heard and a garbage check in policy. You can’t check in until 4pm, even though the room is ready and at 20 minutes until 4, they still tell you that you have to pay $35 to check in at 3:40. I will never trust Hotels.com reviews again.

Our favorite place thus far

This has been our favorite hotel to stay at. There are so many activities for the whole family. My kids loved it. It's also walking distance to several restaurants which was really nice. The staff was great, the rooms were clean... they actually had a good breakfast😅 Definitely returning!

When we got to the room there were no towels. Tells the gal that was working that night at the front desk immediately brought them to her room and apologized very, very on top of her job. I was very satisfied with the whole experience, including the rollercoaster.

Magnifique sejour

Superbe hotel, propre et très bien entretenu. Personnel agréable et un service impeccable. Équipements complets que ce soit au niveau des chambres (frigo mais pas de micro ondes) ou de l’hôtel avec piscine et jacuzzi très bien tenus, divers jeux (corn hole, pétanque, jeux de société, feu de camp), pret de vélos, … bref on y resterait bien plusieurs jours !!! C’était parfait ! Petit déjeuner très correct où il ne manque que des jus de fruits pour chercher le détail.
