This was probably the worst property me and my family have ever stayed at. The TWO windows by the front door were broken they did NOT LOCK! The kitchen was gross, there was food caked on the walls and inside the stove and there were grease spots on the stove top. I don't think they ever swept or mopped the floors, dust bunnies everywhere and you could just see the nastiness on the floors. In the bathroom there was a tile on the ceiling that was completely split in half and looked like water was about to pour out. The sink was loose, so every time you went to turn it on or off you thought it was going to fall off.
I did message them to tell them about all this and all they had to say was sorry, and i should have told them all of this when we got there. We checked in Thursday at 730pm, the only thing i checked was the beds for bed bugs, then we all went to bed since we had such a long day. I notified them the next afternoon when we realized everything. We also notified the "property manager" about all this and all he said was okay.
We were also told this was NOT a pet friendly "apartment complex" yet 2 apartments had dogs in them. The apartment below us had dogs who barked non stop and didn't get kicked out, but the people 5 doors down got kicked out and we never even knew they had dogs until they were kicked out.
All in all, worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and go somewhere else because this place is NOT worth your money.
