This place was super gross when we got there. Broken mirror, moldy and dusty walls, bed sheets stunk, bug crawling around, dirty fridge, and what appeared to be a booger on the bed frame. We immediately requested a refund and luckily were able to find something else an hour away. They gave us the refund, we are just waiting for it to be processed.

The sheets were not clean, there was no way I was sleeping in the bed. The bathroom was old, had a plunger next to the toilet and the shower curtain was old and the rug was old. Only had 2 towels, there were no wash cloths or hand towels. No way was I taking a shower. Looked in the cupboards and there was a frying pan in there that I wouldn't let a dog drink out of let alone cook in it. We did not stay the night, we went home.

I live at this motel it’s my residence unfortunately the place is amazing the biggest issue is they don’t give the people that stay here enough time to rent the room for the following week. Even when they tell u to do it days in advance which I always do it’s never available and I have a child that I have to pack up and constantly move. Then move back in days later. It’s a pain. I pay for my room every Friday for the following week there should be a way for the people that actually live here to be able to have the chance to book there room again for the following week. But the place is nice the Maintenance Man is a sweet heart always willing to help and comes right away when there is issues. Just wish there was a better way to book it with out worrying about having no were to go for a single night.

Excellent hotel with exceptional location. The rooms were extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Buse. Would definitely recommend Kitesville to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality! Thank you again Buse for going just that little extra step for the guests!!

I think the room and property was clean and quiet. We did have 2 concerns that couls be fixed. Our door looked like it had been kicked in, wirh the door handke and key panel attached with a piece of wood. You can easilt move the door, it was very loose. We did not feel it locked properly. Also, the bedroom window did not seal, so cold air came in qnd the heater was in living room...so bedroom didnt get heat at all. We bought heated blankets fir the stay. I would stay there again. I would just want the room fixed or another room.

This was probably the worst property me and my family have ever stayed at. The TWO windows by the front door were broken they did NOT LOCK! The kitchen was gross, there was food caked on the walls and inside the stove and there were grease spots on the stove top. I don't think they ever swept or mopped the floors, dust bunnies everywhere and you could just see the nastiness on the floors. In the bathroom there was a tile on the ceiling that was completely split in half and looked like water was about to pour out. The sink was loose, so every time you went to turn it on or off you thought it was going to fall off. I did message them to tell them about all this and all they had to say was sorry, and i should have told them all of this when we got there. We checked in Thursday at 730pm, the only thing i checked was the beds for bed bugs, then we all went to bed since we had such a long day. I notified them the next afternoon when we realized everything. We also notified the "property manager" about all this and all he said was okay. We were also told this was NOT a pet friendly "apartment complex" yet 2 apartments had dogs in them. The apartment below us had dogs who barked non stop and didn't get kicked out, but the people 5 doors down got kicked out and we never even knew they had dogs until they were kicked out. All in all, worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and go somewhere else because this place is NOT worth your money.

Extremely clean rooms we love the contemporary design everything looks new and the rooms are beyond spacious and so comfortable like a home away from home! The staff and management team Budo, Ahmet, Esen, Esengul, Morven. Buse and Youseff these guys know what they're doing and they know how to treat their customers. You can tell they are very experienced business owners in the industry who continue to strive for excellence in customer service and going that extra mile always! They are truly exceptional people and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know!!! Keep up the good work!

Extremely clean rooms. we loved the contemporary design of the room everything looks amazing and brand new and the rooms are beyond spacious and so comfortable like a home away from home! And I have to say the team at Kitesville Budo, Ahmet, Esen, Morven, Buse, Youseff and Esengul are the most professional employees holding a very high standard and management knows how to treat their customers and they truly are outstanding business owners there level of professionalism and high quality of customer service management knows how to treat their guests!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know!!!

The only issues we had were the remote didnt work for the tv, inconvienent, but not a deal breaker. The heater is in the front living room, and struggles to reach the bedroom. Again not a deal breaker we just cranked the heat whe we left and it was fine that night ...parking is tight but doable

This place is less of an apartment and more of a motel with extra rooms/amenities and seemed to have a similar clientele. The place was clean, but definitely in need of some updates. The AC/heat unit was in the living room area instead of the bedroom, so, to get the full effect of it, you'd have to leave the door open. The walls are also not even remotely soundproof, and it's especially eat to hear everything going on upstairs. My biggest complaint though is that the hot water only lasted about 5 minutes, and that's regardless of what time of day I took a shower. The check-in/out process was simple with an electronic keypad, so no worries if you're getting in extremely late at night like I was. Because of the hot water issue, I probably wouldn't recommend this place for groups or families unless it gets fixed, but, if you're traveling solo like I was, it can be a decent option if you don't mind some of the annoyances that were previously mentioned.
