We found a messy, unfolded duvet thrown in the closet and a few strands of hair in the bedding. Probably one of my best hospitality experiences ever. The service was excellent and the room was bigger than I thought, as well as very clean. They prepared some small care packages for every guest of our group with hygiene and care products, which i thought very thoughtful. Our room had extra blankets and pillows, which was practical. The breakfast is beyond amazing - as beautiful as it is delicious. The only thing is regret is that although we turned off the heating system, the room was still very hot and dry during the night (outside was cold), to the point that we had trouble sleeping.
