The hotel feels modern, polished, and welcoming. My room was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and super clean. The elevator is a huge convenience, and every facility-from the bathroom to the air conditioning-worked flawlessly. The staff made me feel like a valued guest, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel is good and view is breathtaking so I can say best view in Egypt during my stay the reception was amazing and trying to make us happy as much as they can do and also they helped us to tour in Giza and it was good so generally I can say recommended

Absolutely one of the best places that I have stayed on this current 30 day trip. Hotel is very beautiful and recently opened. The rooms are amazing and very large as well as the Bathrooms. The hospitality of the staff was fantastic and the management is first rate and go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of from arrival to departure. A car picks you up from the airport at a minimum fee and the driver waited as we worked our way through the airport and the flight was over an hour late. The views of the pyramids were amazing from the rooftop dining area and the your guide "Aden" was phenomenal and very pleasant to be around for several hours! Highly recommended this hotel for your stay!

Comfort Pyramid Hotel was a great small hotel. The staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming - even surprising me with a birthday cake and flowers on the bed! Thank you! We arrived very late after being held up at the airport but they waited for us - they still took us up to the rooftop to show us the pyramids by moonlight - amazing! The room had an incredible view of the pyramids - so close! We had breakfast in bed with a huge selection of foods. The area the hotel is in is not great but it's fine for a night or two and the Hotel itself was very clean and room was lovely. It's up a couple of flights of stairs with no lift but staff always there to help. Highly recommend :)

Staff was great ‚the terrace where breakfast is served open air, was just behind the actual pyramid just like the photo on your site . Very clean and very very friendly people and management. we had a great evening at the pyramids show, seeing them at night. The rooms were so so GOOD and CLEAN and professional set up. The beds were so comfortable and Good soft and expensive I think . I would recommend it if people want to see the pyramids in day time and night time ,this hotel is IDEAL

The room with the view was spacious, clean in general and waiting for us as promised. The view from the top terrace is great. It is nice to watch the light show at the pyramids or enjoy the sunset/ sunrise. The young man who served us drinks in the evening on the terrace (was it Amer? So sorry I forgot his name) was very polite and very nice to talk to. Egg omelette for breakfast vas excellent and young ladies made effort to prepare fresh orange juice. Good choice if you are on budget and ready to lower your standards (which you should do for Egypt in general and if you are not ready to pay Marriot price)

No room cleaning service ... after a few days, no fresh towels and no garbage pails emptied. Meals overpriced. Staff friendly and tours managed by good drivers and guides.

Tres buyant, aucun respect dans les aires commune, SURTOUT force Odeur d'égout répugrante, demande de changer de chambre mais dit que c'est partout pareille, aucun shampoing, savon, coin sallon ou vaiselle comme sur la description de notre chambre quadruple panoramique et on nous a dit que tout ca était non disponibles. Secteur très pauvre, nous avons ete suivi à toutes les fois quon rentrait à lhotel par des enfants qui mandiait et qui pleurait à chaude larme pour qu'on leur donne de l'argent. Nous avons quitté 2 jours plus tot après passer une nuit blanche et n'ont pas voulu nous rembourser ni directement ni via expedia. A éviter!

The hotel staff were not pleasant, only interested in selling tours. Check in took over 1 hour as rooms were not ready. Hotel address was incorrect on expedia and went to a location where the area was filthy. They moved us to there sister hotel which was just as bad. Overall awful experience and would avoid

Very bad location information. We ended up in wrong hotel(they have two under same name according to them) check in took almost 1 hr little too much with kids.. Breakfast was poor but maybe this is regular for 3* hotel. I am not used to it.. had to make own te/coffe(just not used to it) Toilet was a disappointment but the beds were amazing. I slept like baby
