good location. Very clean and updated room. Doesn't have a mini frig and you have to trek down to pub downstairs for ice. Steep stairs to get to rooms so not for the faint of heart or easy for seniors like ourselves. Elevator was out of order.

Room was very nice. TV ROKU was terrible and kept trying to find a signal while watching. No clean towels and no one to request any. Finally, last morning no hot water at faucet or shower. Will not go back.

SO many special touches that made our stay wonderful. The room smelled delightful, so did the towels. They had my name on a card to show which room we were in. Super welcoming staff and great coffee bar. Quiet, the restaurant and bar below were open yet it wasn’t loud at all. Comfy bed,

The room was clean, and very nicely decorated. The only things that were not the best were 1) elevator was broken, and there was a long, steep staircase to get into the hotel, and 2) and we never received the check-in email so we didn't have the wi-fi code. My husband actually asked another guest what it was. and 3) at first we couldn't get the tv to work, and there didn't seem to be anyone on premises to help.

Check in was quite easy and the hotel was both beautiful and very clean. We loved the porch where we could watch the traffic circle and see the decorations. The bed could have been a bit more comfy but overall the stay was a great value.

This is one of the most unique hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Loved everything about it, including the incredibly friendly staff. The room was small, but very clean and it had everything we needed. The private little bar in the evenings with the beautiful balcony view was an added bonus.

This is our second time staying at the hotel. It is quiet and everything is within walking distance. JOEY goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed. The holiday decorations were breath taking. The room was perfect and we spend a great deal of time on the balcony.

Very cute boutique hotel and part of downtown Sebring. From thebmomemt i arrived(late) and tried to get in, Chef Ian(i'm sorry if I'm misspelling it) waslike my personal customer service agent. B/w him and the bartender, Cindy, they really made this work trip enjoyable. The room was so unique and nice(not what I'd ever expect at a corporate hotel). It felt like it could be a room in my home. (Hemingway hideout), the bar was fun,the balcony was very nice, the morning coffee spot was so necessary. If i return to this area, I will absolutely stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Roanoke Hotel From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I especially loved the bar with the balcony. Every detail showed how much they care about their guests. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sebring, Fl.
