I cut my finger on a sliver of glass in the pool that overlooked a broken two paned 4th floor room. Got locked in the pool area as the room key would not open the door back into the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly.

Don't even think about staying here. The AC was not working in several rooms and the front desk staff were not trying to move guests to other rooms as they requested; the staff just advised the guests to sit tight until maintenance came to inspect the issue (not sure if they were sold out that night or not, but if so, the staff did not once mention this to any of the guests). Front desk staff also seemed shortstaffed and not professional. Some man tried to pick up a woman with her toddler (guests of the hotel) as if she was a prostitute (told to me by the mother). Supposedly there was a fight at the pool earlier in the day, but I didn't witness it. Falling, dirty ceiling tiles. Graffiti on lampshade in room. Beds were as hard as wood. Me (like several other guests that night) did not end up staying here like we planned. I am currently requesting a refund. (And to clarify, I realize this place isn't a classy, 5 star hotel; I wasn't expecting that. But I thought this place would have been more than acceptable to stay for one night after a long day, away from home.)

Formally Wyndham Garden. They keep Two of us stayed for 2 nights. On the day we arrived, there was only 1 set of towels. I asked for more but they could not find clean ones. Next day, there was no house keeping and no clean towels in room. Many people were looking for towels. I wonder. The 24 hr shuttle service was nice though.

The most disgusting hotel ever

We couldn't find the TV remote in the room but when we went to check the bed for bugs we not only found the remote barried in the covers but the sheets had fresh stains on them it was absolutely disgusting and when I called the front desk they said they would send someone to change it. I just wanted my money back, that was theost disgusting hotel I've ever been to. Word of advice, DON'T STAY HERE!

False advertising

Booked as it had a hot breakfast and king size bed with good reviews on Hotels.com. Two double beds and no breakfast...had a semi-permanent sign saying equipment failure. Room was very "worn" with large rust area on tub and bathroom equipment. No discount given when requested

Absolutely cannot check in before 3pm. Took forever to get checked in bc there was a lot of us waiting. Not the cleanest building the room was ok except no microwave. Shuttle driver well you need to figure that out for yourself and make sure you there and load your stuff did not even bother to acknowledge any of us…..there was several.

The place wasn’t clean, I was warned from another guest there was some shattered glass in the pool. Nobody took any action! I didn’t feel comfortable and save to enjoy the swimming pool. The Halls were dirty too.

We ended up needing to switch rooms 3 times. First room, the AC was broken. We ran the AC before we left for dinner and came back to a humid room. Turns out the there was a hole in the AC vent leading to the outside. The second room we were put in, the room stunk of cigarettes. The previous occupants had clearly missed the signs that it was a non smoking room (or they didn’t care). By the time we got to our third room, it was past midnight. The last room was fine. The staff were really really helpful to accommodate us.
