I stayed here only for a few hours as a layover to get to airport. It is a very basic old hotel for travellers on a small budget. I would not not feel comfortable staying here even for 1 night, although the staff were friendly enough. There are no lifts and plenty of stairs.

Very cheap budget hotel with swimming pool and restaurant including all you can eat buffet breakfast if you want for $2. Hotel is very unique heritage close to Kuta beach about 15 to 20 mins, pubs and clubs 5 min walk down the road, next to two 7/11 shops across the road and other small shops everywhere just as Bali would have no other way.
