During my stay a staff member who had access to my room used a bank card which was left behind in my room and charged it to help themselves to a shopping spree on SHEIN. From 8am to 10pm I was not present at the property, the charge was made during the day and when brought to the receptionist’s attention who then phoned her manage who was not on site at the time repeatedly told me their staff was reliable and would never do such a thing, they then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do to accommodate me the would not even refund me for the final night as I did not want to stay there as a matter of my safety and breach of privacy. I will be taking further actions for this case of negligence and poor customer support. I would never stay at this location again knowing the staff are thief’s that protect each other from their poor actions against paying guests
