Was looking for an affordable place to stay for one night for my adult daughter and I.
The hotel was clean, the staff was polite and helpful. I think his name was MD or MJ. He was great.
The room was TINY. Only one person could walk around the bed at a time without bumping into each other. There was no luggage rack but since we both had carry-on style rolling bags they both fit on the counter across from the foot of the bed.
There was no closet but a place to hang clothing was some sort of pipe looking feature over the bedside table in the corner.
There was an iron and ironing board but I think you’d have to do it in the bathroom, which was more comfortably sized.
Our room overlooked Nostrand Ave but was quiet and although we were right along the elevator shaft I didn’t hear anything.
For one night, it was perfect. If I was on my own I could do a few nights.
There’s a very affordable parking garage half a block down the street, which is also used for a Target Store so it seemed reasonably well traveled. I didn’t see any vagrants hanging around.
Several casual dining options within a few blocks, including Kosher, if that’s important to you.
