It's very good value for the cost. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. The location was ideal, central, but not noisy. It's no 4* hotel, but it's clean, safe, low cost and private.

Lotus Haven Hotel is truly a gem. What really stands out, though, is the exceptional service. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you need. The host goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and to help enhance your overall vacation experience. If you’re planning to go on tours, I highly recommend booking through the hotel. It’s not only more convenient, but often cheaper and smoother than arranging things online yourself. A wonderful place to stay that I would happily recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Exactly what I was hoping for and more. Friendly host, perfect location, comfortable, and clean. Felt like home for the weekend. Will return if I come back to Siem Reap.

the hotel is on a dirt road not ideal if you plan on walking everyday. the hotel itself is clean well maintained. there is no guard at night so if you want to leave , YOU have to unlock and lock a huge lock on THEIR gate, yes everytime you leave at night. very annoying because it does not work and you can be locked outside the gate at night with no contact to help you. The staff is polite but daily housekeeping is standard and they do not do that. you have to ask them instead of them asking you. the room itself is very nice for the price and the hotel itself is very close to many things. they just need to work on a few things and it would be the perfect hotel

Staff was amazing, especially Thina! Great wifi, A/C, good pressure & hot water in shower & unbeatable location! Was pleasantly surprised to have a safe & big enough to hold my laptop! I found the bed quite hard & not so smooth which was a bit rough for my skinny bones, is the only complaint I could possibly think of. The pool was about 9 x 10', but enough to cool down in. My friend had the breakfast & raved about it. Will definitely return!
