This staff at this hotel is incredibly rude and conniving. From the moment this reservation was booked online to the day of my arrival it was a disaster. We ended up not staying here and moving to a different hotel.

Hotellet var jätte bra, området rätt slitet. Men det innebar inga problem, gick bra å gå från tunnelbanan 10 minuter bort på kvällen utan problem. Bra å känna till är att dom har ett frukostställe på hotellet- som inte framgår av hemsidan.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfy and somewhat close to manhatten and LGA airport. The rooms are small for a family but we really weren't planning to spend lots of time at the hotel. If you want a hotel with amenities, and plan to spend lots of time at it , this is not it. But if you want a clean room with comfy beds, good breakfast and within 30min of sightseeing, this is the ONE!

The room was incredibly noisy, with a high-pitched, whining, coming from industrial machinery outside and a low pitch drone coming from within the room. Additionally, we could hear lots of noises from other surrounding rooms, including room service knocking on doors at 6 AM. What I believe to be the smoke alarm had a printing light on it that we needed to cover up in order to get some sleep. The body wash in the shower was was empty. A black coffee at the café in the lobby was over $6. They did not have their own valet service, and so we needed to use a somewhat confusing system at the hotel next door that they had an agreement with. The neighborhood is all taxi depots and factories with smokestacks.

Elevator was nasty, hallway has trash and debris, TV didnt work, air conditioner didnt work and coffee maker didnt make coffee and leaked water all over the counter.

Parking next to hotel was $50 for my compact car. They told me it would be less. Hotel is nice but the neighborhood is industrial with the projects around the corner. My toile would not flush.

Our experience with this location was very interesting. PROS: First, the location was very clean. The room looked modern and the bed was very comfortable, although the space was small. Bathroom was clean and the towels didn't seem old. Staff seemed nice. AC was nice and cold. CONS: We didn't get a cookie! This was a big problem for my daughter. The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy, but it was fine. No restaurant onsite (but a coffee shop). We walked to a small takeout restaurant around the corner and had no issues. The fire alarm went off at 4am so we had to get up and go outside in our PJs. It was a false alarm. Overall, I'd stay here again for one night just to be closer to the airport.

Der blev sat en brandalarm igang kl. 4 om natten, højst sandsynlig grundet nogle teenagere, og hotel personalet kunne ikke slukke for den, så den ringede i 1 fuld time, kunne dårligt høre noget den morgen. Nabolaget er virkelig slidt, og føles ikke særlig sikkert at gå i, både til daglig og hen af natten, anbefaler at tage en taxi/uber til og fra. De gjorde ikke rent på værelset, det skulle man selv bede om, og vi hørte fra andre gæster at det gjorde de alligevel ikke. Ellers var stedet fint istandsat.
