First room was next to a large, heavy, metal grated door that led to the stairs for the second floor. The constant pounding of that door as it closed made it very difficult to work or sleep. They eventually moved me to a different room at the far end of the building that was still very noisy with people and vehicles at all hours of the day and night. Both rooms also had so many bugs of different kinds and sizes.

I reserved an accessible room due to my mom being in a wheelchair, but the room I got was a standard. It was too small she couldn’t fit her wheelchair through the bathroom door. Then they told me to ask the next day, but nothing. So I had to check out and go elsewhere. They only have two accessible rooms, fyi.
