We needed a place to stay halfway between our home and our destination. We chose this place because it was very reasonably priced and we were only needing a place to sleep before and after we continued to travel for a family event. The checkin was great - the ladies working the front desk were so welcoming and friendly. I’ve stayed in very high end hotels to my favorite roadside motels and I’ve never been made to feel as welcome as I did here. The rooms are VERY small - just be aware. It was perfectly adequate for us, but if you want room to spread, it may not be a great fit for you. Room was clean, quiet, good water pressure and temperature and excellent air conditioning. We were right by the river and a park which was lovely, although as with anywhere anymore, you did have some questionable folks at the park in the evening. But at no time did we feel unsafe - just aware and cautious. You’re close to plenty of options to eat and they have a very basic complementary breakfast (juice, coffee, cereal, yogurt and donuts). Overall, this was a very good value for money.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Door to room didn’t fit-you could see light around door. Bathroom small, shower curtain installed in a strange way, door opened out so if someone was standing at the sink they hit hit. Very awkward.

I don’t typically leave reviews, good or bad, but I’d like to actually have this experience on file for other solo travelers. Especially women. I was only supposed to stay a night, but in the evening, I was in my room when I got up to throw trash & heard scratching. It was soft, like it was meant to be quiet. Turns out someone was trying to open my door. I yelled for the man to leave & he didn’t. Weird, right? I called front desk & cops because he wouldn’t go. Supposedly it was a key mix up, but his behavior did not reflect that. My issue was no one followed up. I sat in my room waiting for someone to call or come up, nothing. I ended up having to call because I was still unaware of the issue and felt unsafe to even open my door. I just felt the staff was either covering something up or just incredibly dismissive of their solo female guest being afraid. As if I was overreacting. And they offer me a comp day….when the last thing I want is to ever go there again. Not happy at all with the service or how I was basically ignored. Even if the mix up is true, they handled it poorly and didn’t think to stop and consider the single traveler alone in her room still wandering if it’s safe to go outside or not. I shouldn’t have had to wait for another 30 or so minutes alone, scared. They could’ve called or come up and apologized but nothing. I ended up choosing to leave back to Albuquerque around 9:30pm. I just think it’s a good PSA for staff to see this and understand the impact it has

When i arrived, i completes the on-line check in that was sent to me, which was supposwd to save time once insidw to get my key. That was not the case as i still had to show my ID and sign the waivers that i had already signed. Once in the room, it was very comfortable and nice and we slept great! In the bathroom, the water comes out either scalding, actually dangerously hot, or ice cold and it was difficult to find a comfortable warm temperature for a shower. I would stay again but the water temperature needs to be addressed. There is a nice park and splash pad next door to the hotel which is great if you travel with small kids.

The worst thing about the whole room it was rated very high and that’s why we took this room though it should’ve been rated a two. Worst hotel room we have been in. Sheets we’re clean. shower diverter did not WORK went from extremely hot to Extreme cold could not give my daughter a bath. No plug in tub was filthy. Sink had a plug that would not Open. Was supposed to two Queens, Ended up getting two full size. The mattress was smaller than the base, The base was made with piece out of cheap sheet metal, every time you hit it with your foot it would make a loud bang noise. Bathroom smells so bad it’s not like sewer gas. Air conditioner was extremely loud, I thought I had vibrating bed.no insulation, heard everything from next-door, which was not a good thing and Heard everything from out side. There are no closets to hang your clothes. No dresser to unpack. Hotel states has breakfast but really doesn't had coffee doughnuts and cold cereal nothing a diabetic should eat.
