Great hotel for a short stay in Amsterdam

Great stay at the fritz hotel. We arrived mid morning and able to check in immediately. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small, but had everything we needed for a short stay so it didn’t bother us! Location was great with easy access to public transport or a walk into the more central area which we preferred to do.

Great location and small but clean rooms

This room was perfect as a solo traveler who basically only needed the room to sleep in! The bed was comfy (though the pillows were a bit tall), the bathroom was spacious, modern and clean, and it was perfectly located near Vondel Park/the center. The staff were so nice and accommodating and I so appreciate them letting me check in early!

Awesome stay

Perfect location, great AC, great bathroom, comfortable bed (we slept very good every night). Walls are quite thin so I would recommend chosing a room which is not near tje entrance. Would be nice with some more hooks in the room but we chose to take the bench that belongs to the bed and move it to the wall and put our clothes on that. Also really nice with the built-in chromecast so you can watch whatever you want. Would stay here again, thanks for everything 🙏

The staff was fabulous but our electricity went out in the middle of the night, so we weren’t able to charge our phones. The receptionist felt badly so she gave us two free delicious cookies.

Good location, staff helpful Room big enough for a couple of days but not for longer as had no drawers or hanging space Was in room 3.3 and everyday we lost power and lights and the staff had to reset the fuse board . Was annoying but didn’t ruin our stay

Staff are lovely, location is great, room is small but you get what you pay for. My only complaint is the NOISE. The walls are really paper thin, and people throw their suitcases down the stairs every morning for no reason (there is a lift). So having a nice sleep-in was quite impossible.

The hotel is in renovation, so when we came in the water was shutdown and we connot take a shower (35 degres outside). Because of the renovation the hotel was noisy.
