Overall, a fabulous stay! We stayed in the newer building. Incredibly clean room, very hospitable host, comfortable, relaxing, everything we needed was in the hotel apartment. Walking distance from beautiful beach, close to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and local bus transportation. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The condo unit was very nice and felt brand new with a lot of digital touches (microwave, blinds etc) This building is set back further from the beach access next to the highway. The lower level is still under consruction. No stores or restaurants. The condo units are on the 2nd and 3rd levels and the pool is on the roof. The other building that is shown online is complete and closer to the beach. We were missing tissues and shower gel in our room and were told they were out of them. We had a car and drove to different parts of the island. The beach was beautiful but the snorkeling was average with poor quality of coral. Prepare to spend a lot of money on restaurants!

The Grove was a perfect spot for our Cayman vacation. We couldnt imagine a better location for accessing the beach while not actually being on the beach. You'll walk much further in an all inclusive to get to the beach than we did from our room.(150m approx) The Grove really has it all. A grocery store and the best breakfast/lunch spot (Island Naturals) right on the property. We went to island naturals every morning and everything was super fresh and as healthy as you'd want. The town and other spots along the 7 mile strip would be a big walk but getting up and down the beach is super easy with local busses. Just hail down a green or yellow bus and 2.50 gets you anywhere on the beach. What else...our host was excellent. Super fast check in as there is no reception (at the moment) 1 room clean was included in our 5 night stay. Oh and on the beach front. The beach access which is right across the street from the hotel leads to a picturesque naturally shaded area which is perfect for those 30 degree days. Stop looking and start booking! :) Eric and Nicole P.s - Bonny Moon just north of thr hotel on the beach was fantastic for food and cocktails right on the sand.

We really enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. The Grove is very convenient and welcoming. We were picked up at the airport and brought to our room where he gave us a quick intro to the amenities. The beach is beautiful and a short walk away. It’s very quiet and private. The biggest “surprise “ was the quality of the restaurants. We had what may rank as the best meal of our life at Mario’s. We also had two wonderful breakfasts at Island Naturals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Grove and would definitely stay again.

There is no reception or check in. Someone comes to meet you in the parking lot after you text to let them know you arrived. The location is good, nit great. It is close but not on the beach. There is no orientation to the compound (where’s the pool?). The gym is $50 per person per day. Only one housekeeping visit is included. Any additional is $60 per visit. They supplied soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash but several of the pumps were clogged from prior use. The shower door was missing seals, so water leaks out, & you need extra towels. The window shades are automatic, but only blackout (no shade) and the end caps were not installed properly on the bottom edge. Overall, it is ok but overpriced.

The building was brand new, which is nice, but it was a decent walk to the beach, which we did not expect and would have hoped the resort would’ve provided transportation to and from the beach. The Poling hot tub were a nice add-on to the rooftop and we enjoyed it each night. The beach area was never crowded unlike the high-rises. I would stay again.

We loved our stay at The Grove. They are newer apartments with nice features. The airport pickup and drop off are a really nice feature. The team is extremely responsive. They provided towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler/backpack. The room was equipped with a washer & dryer. The community is very nice with a grocery store a 2 min walk from the apartment, a gym and some nice restaurants within a few minutes walk from the apartment. It is just a few minute walk to a beautiful public area of Seven Mile Beach. The apartment has a nice smaller sized pool. We used it every day with our young kids, and there weren’t many other people using it so it felt nice and private. Probably the only area for improvement was the pull out sofa was not very comfortable, but the bedroom bed was very comfortable and clean. Overall, really great stay with great staff!

Christian and his team were so accommodating & quick to respond. The complimentary transportation from and to the airport was a huge help and the stay was amazing! Perfect view of the courtyard, convenient location, plenty of sun to enjoy out the balcony into the evening and everything from sheets, to towels, to rooms was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Having beach towels and chairs, along with shower toiletries was also a huge plus as it’s bulky to pack in a carry-on. Beach access across the street was so easy to get to also. I can’t say enough good things, and I’d definitely return! Thank you so much!

Our family had an amazing experience at The Grove. The apartments were amazing and the location is perfect with easy access to the beach, stores and restaurants. Christian and Romeo were fantastic! They even gave us brief tour in town when we arrived. From the moment we booked to the ride from and to the airport and the welcome complimentary chocolate and water upon arrival! I highly recommend The Grove!

They pick you up from anirport and drop you off!! Easy to get around! Electric Byrd scooters for rent. Mykonos restaurant below is divine. Grocery store below you for snacks or sunscreen!! 7 mile Beach across the street! Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels are all provided by The Grove! Roof top pools! Island Naturals restaurant below you as well is perfect for coffee and breakfast! Lunch and fruit juices! It’s perfect!
