The property has dire need for maintenance and renovations, one of the hot tubs water heater didnt work, lots of drop celing tiles needed replacement. Paint chips in wall, no cold water in the sink, even the toliet had hot water lmao. The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean but the hotel has a dire need to be renovated and maintained.

The manager was so ignorant, the lobby smelled from people smoking pot as well as the balconies. Filthy unit, no washcloths, not enough towels, no coffee, the towels we did get (not enough) were so thread bare. Shower was awful. Furniture broken. Just a disgusting place to stay.

This property was not dirty, it was filthy. The room came with only 2 towels that were the size of dish towels, dirty and so old there was not enough towel to absorb. The beds were on man made wooden frames that were so small the mattress hung over the sides. The sheets came preloaded with someone else's hair. Drawer fronts were falling off. Avoid at all costs no matter how much of a discount they offer. Zero dollars would be an over payment. A gentleman came in and wanted to see the room before he booked and they refused to show it. Should tell you something.

We absolutely LOVED it there. Reasonably priced and loved the room with the view. We were across the street from the entrance to the boardwalk (and chickie & Pete's lol) I had two 15 year old girls with me so the two rooms with the bathroom/changing room in the middle was PERFECT.The staff was more than accommodating and very helpful and friendly. I actually ended up writing this review because I logged on here to see about booking another weekend coming up there. I will not pick any other place to stay in Wildwood before this one. Kids can go to the boardwalk, adults have a steakhouse/bar first floor of the hotel. Everything is just super convenient to get to from the hotel. Definitely check this place out if you plan on spending the night in Wildwood!

Filthy Dirty

This hotel was filthy,patio doors were so dirty you could not see outside,the room had an awful smell,you only one bath towel for two people,bedding was from the the seventys.I would not stay here again even if it were free.

The room was filthy when we arrived. The sinked backed up, hair all over the shower, floors were filthy, our comforter had bird poop on it. They left 2 SMALL hand towels for 5 people! The pool is falling apart and has rust stains all over and tiles falling off. They have 2 hot tubs that were broken and filthy. We are not new to wildwood. We have been going for 30 years. This was one of the worst properties. It could be beautiful if kept up.

🚨🚨BEWARE🚨🚨 FIRST OFF YES THE LOCATION IS PERFECT. BUT THE PLACE IS DISGUSTING. LETS START WITH BATHTUB IT WAS COMPLETELY YELLOW FROM WATER SLIME STAINS BATHROOM TILES MOSTLY ALL CRACKED. BED SHEETS WERE NEVER CHANGED HOW I KNOW THIS HAD SAND ALL OVER UNDERNEATH THE COMFORTER PLUS HAD STAINS. ELECTRICAL OUTLETS ALL AROUND ARE LOOSE. HAZARD. TV SIGNAL GOES COMPLETELY OUT FOR HOURS. SOMEONE TRIED KICKING OUR DOOR IN MULTIPLE TIMES 2 NIGHTS IN A ROW. YES THIS REALLY HAPPENED! HOT TUBS ARE NOT HOT THEY ARE FILTHY AND DISGUSTING BLACK MOLD ALL OVER DONT GO IN! POOL WAS CLEAN BUT ICE COLD. LATE NIGHT PARTYING ON POOL LEVEL THROUGH THE NIGHT PAST 1AM IN CONCLUSION IM TELLING YOU DONT STAY HERE THE OWNERS DONT CARE ABOUT THE CLEANLINESS AND THE SAFETY OF THE PROPERTY!!! IT REALLY IS A TERRIBLE PLACE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE BALCONY VIEW OF THE BOARDWALK. YOU WERE WARNED! ROOM 701

Don’t stay here

Unfortunate after 30 years of yearly vacationing at wildwood do I sadly have to write a bad review. Upon arriving there are no bathrooms on this property so make sure to stop prior or you will have to search to find one. We were told we could use the pool while waiting for room although no where to change for the pool. I had rented two rooms one was ready by check in time the other had a problem with the air conditioning which is the one I was staying in. I was told they would come back to fix it never happened. The room was dirty and had to keep my shoes on myself and grand children the entire time or ur feet would be black. I was excited to have booked the level with the pool another big mistake the entire deck reeked of pot as I don’t care what other people do it was unbearable that’s how much it stunk. Elevators are old as my son and grandchildren almost got stuck as the elevator stood still finally the door opened my grandkids got out fast the door closed on my sons arm and he was again forced to stay in the elevator as doors kept closing before he got out he tried to push it back wasn’t happening and my son is in his 30s not a kid that time luckily the elevator worked and we took the steps the rest of the time three flights worst visit ever this is the first ever bad review I ever had to write and it really saddens me to do so
