10/10 Exceptional

Very nice hotel - the closeness to Hotel Canoe (for the hot pools and lobby/restaurant) was great, and the rooms were perfect for a family of 4 (kids under 10). The craft coffee to make pour-overs every morning was an awesome addition!

Lovely stay and great accommodations! The only thud I’d change is the check in app and make it more user friendly.

Cute decor and love the courtyard area. Beautiful! At the end of the busy street so you’re close to downtown Banff area but just far enough that it’s quiet

Good value

The room was spacious and I appreciated that the bathroom had a large counter and walk in shower. The veds were comfortable and the room was clean. The exterior of the building was okay. No elevator so had to take bags up a flight of stairs.

Amazing Stay

It was a great stay. It is right across the street from Canoe Hotel. You get to use the same hot tub and sauna and gym as Canoe Hotel guests. No complains here. The room was very close to the bus stop, which takes you downtown.

We love the intimate size of the motel and the charming art work in the rooms. We also love the location of the motel at the edge of the forest - we have stayed there several times over the years, and hope to be back.

Theresa, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Really clean! Updated, bright and modern. The local soaps and lotions were a nice added touch. Check in went smoothly at the provided location.
Nelissa, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The service was perfect and the front desk staff is amazing. The loaning of bear spray for hiking helped tremendously and we had access to the pool. Our stay was for a few days. The last couple days we woke up with sore backs due to the bed. Biggest complaint was housekeeping never cleaned the floors so dirt ended up on the beds and elsewhere even when we took our shoes off at the door. Overall a positive experience, a short walk to downtown. Cleanliness could be improved.
