We love our room at the Dorothy Motel - clean, cheerful and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the mini fridge and a microwave were very useful. We used Canoe Hotel roof top hot pools and sauna across the street - the view was awesome . All in all it was a great experience. We will definitely stay again. Thank you !

This is clearly an older property but it’s been recently renovated and in excellent condition. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Check-in is in the hotel across the street, which is also where the hot tub is. They provide fresh coffee and a bus pass, since the hotel is at the far edge of town. We still walked but it’s a ways to downtown Banff. It has free parking. I’d stay here again.

This hotel offers excellent value for the price. One of the best features was access to the rooftop hot tub and sauna at Canoe hotel right across the street — a relaxing way to unwind, especially with the mountain views. The property was quiet and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. It’s within walking distance to town, and the complimentary bus tickets were a helpful added convenience. The in-room coffee kit was a thoughtful touch, and the staff were friendly and easy to deal with throughout. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for good value and a few nice extras.
