As with other hotels we have stayed at, they don't clean the air conditioner filter. So if they fix that issue the rating would be higher. No one likes breathing others crud. It was a great night sleep. Felt safe & it was quiet. Loved that we didn't have to climb stairs. The elevator was great. Breakfast was good the staff was very friendly.

Clean, Comfortable, and Welcoming Stay

I had a wonderful overnight stay at Microtel. The check-in process was quick and friendly, which made me feel welcome right away. My room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, giving me plenty of comfort and room to relax. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to get a restful night’s sleep. Overall, it was a pleasant experience from start to finish, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

My wife and I stood at the front counter for over twenty minutes.Waiting for someone to show up at the desk. My wife called customer service twice and got zero help. Once someone finally showed up and checked us into our room. Our room was dirty, a dead roach, greeted us at the front door.

It took a while to get checked in but staff was friendly. The door to our room didn’t shut well. Not a huge deal. The breakfast choices were waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bagels, yogurt, muffins and toast. It was a good breakfast. The hotel is very clean.

The staff is very friendly and check in was very prompt. I have no complaints about the condition of the room as everything was very clean and the air-conditioning worked great. My only complaint is not about the hotel itself. However, I would suggest that the staff make note of the people who were in the room above me, that in future stays, they need to be placed on the bottom floor. They were extremely loud all night long until approximately 5 AM.

My experience here wasn’t great but wasn’t horrible either. The walls seem to be very thin so you hear everything around you, TV’s, conversations, etc. The family in the room above us must have let their kid do some type of Chinese acrobatics right before bed and when we got up in the morning. There were teens in the lobby standing on furniture with no adult supervision and running through the halls. Just not what you would expect from what was supposed to be a relaxing time.

My stay at this hotel was not terrible, but it was not great. It started when I entered the room and found about 8 "stink bugs" dead laying around in various spots in the room. The front desk was very nice when I presented the photos to them, but did not change my room. Instead they swept up the bugs. I woke up with more stink bugs in my room and one crawling on my leg. I know that stink bugs will not hurt me, but I find it a little gross that they were infesting the room. The front desk told me that they had sprayed. Maybe it would be a better idea to not use the rooms that were being infested. Again, the front desk was very nice. When I woke up at 4am with one on my leg, I just got up and left. For the price, it wasn't worth the stay. I didn't even get to enjoy the breakfast which looked like it was going to be good.

Gave my room away before we checked in. Was told there were no more rooms. Then asked for a refund and they were going to place on someone else card. Couldn’t figure out how to fix the refund to go to correct card. Then miraculously a room become available for us.
