Wonderful stay, staff was great! We enjoyed the room layout, liked pillow assortment, good mattress and bedding, great toilet flushing pressure, good shower head. Enjoyed the food services, good coffee, everything was great. Our previous two nights in Iowa were at the Hampton Inn Des Moines Downtown and enjoyed that stay as well. However, after comparing the two, we will definitely book future trips with Homewood suites by Hilton.

Front staff was very accommodating to the large group we had. He did everything in his best effort to ensure we were all close to one another. However, there were issues with making keys and it appeared in the middle of the night, a key must of been made to another visitor and they walked into our room in the middle of the night. Very weird and scary as there were kids.
