This was my first time staying at this property and it was great! I love the location, the hotel smelled fresh and clean, the staff were amazing and very helpful, the breakfast was great and my room was clean and spacious. I will be back when staying in Savannah.

The cleaning staff came by every other day which was nice, some of the items in the kitchen area were missing, and one of the lamps bulb was out, no big deal. We did discover a rather nasty cleaning rag left in the bathroom drawer that was closed to being a deal breaker, but I just threw it away. Overall nice and would stay again.

Breakfast was small but it’s free so it doesn’t matter. Fitness room was very clean. I appreciated having a few dishes, sink in the room as I forget to bring paper plates as I bring my own food. Microwave in room. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room clean, we love it ice cold in the room. Easy parking and next to shopping and restaurants.

Great breakfast, super friendly front desk staff

Our only issue was an extremely strong smell of marijuana in the hallway as we were going to our room. We alerted the front desk and they did their best to remind the other guests on the floor about the no-smoking policy. Our room was great, the bed was comfortable, and we slept very well. Breakfast service and food was very good. We would stay here again.

I liked the fact they have someone doing your eggs as you wish during breakfast. I wish they had included omelettes.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. I traveled with my family. Breakfast was a highlight. Fresh food options and tasted so good. Had some issues with our room and wasn’t able to be moved due to a full house, which I understood. I spoke with 3 separate people and the last one handled it in minutes and voiced frustration about others not escalating the problem to the manager that was on duty.

Great hotel. It is newer so definitely maintained well. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast and evening bites and drinks was great. The only issue we had was super minor. We booked for three people and there were only two towels so we had to ask for another towel and the front desk person did not understand and kept saying we needed to put the other towels outside our room. Really not an issue at all and it was fixed super easy. The hotel was clean and quiet.
