The room was absolutely disgusting. Door looked like it was kicked in multiple times. Door frame busted. Probably over 900 stairs on the walls/floors and ceilings. Floor was broken and buckled from water damage with a hole in the bathroom. Beds had hundreds of stains on them. Room and bathroom reaked of cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. Every outlet was loose and falling out of the wall and didn’t work. All the nobs were missing on the dresser. Tv remote was sticky. Had to run the shower for 15 minutes to finally have barely warm water and the pressure was barely past a dribble. 10/10 would not reccomend. Also it’s 100% non refundable and you can not view the room unless you pay in advance for atleast 3 days. Most of the people that stay there actually live there. Highly sus

Firstly, the front desk attempted to charge me for the room indicating the price I paid online was less than the price in their system so I would need to pay the difference. Then when I told him it was against the law for him to try to upcharge me on the room he refused to give me one. I then requested that he either give me a room or refund me. He refused to do either resulting in me calling the police. He then calls the hotel owner/manager and they tell him to give me a room. Inside the room the heat doesn't work, the door doesn't have a lock, and the tub was filthy black. Luckily I travel with bleach, dish liquid, Clorox wipes, and Lysol spray. I pulled the bed apart and sprayed it, wiped all the hard surfaces, moved the dresser in front of the door and cleaned the restroom with dish spray and bleach. Needles to say it came clean which means no one attempted to clean it. I tried to log into Amazon prime on the television to watch movies and the television wouldn't accept the password. BY FAR THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT I'VE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF STAYING IN.

My recent stay at this hotel was thoroughly disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, necessitating the purchase of new sheets, and the bathtub contained hair, while the bed cover had a mysterious stain. Regrettably, the hotel's location and the unavailability of other hotels in the area made it impossible for me to seek alternative accommodations. It was fish fry! Furthermore, I was charged $20 for my cousin's brief visit, which I found excessive. Throughout my stay, the staff displayed extreme rudeness, including a phone call at 9:30 regarding checkout, despite the scheduled checkout time being 11. Additionally, the floor was sticky, and my personal towel was taken, I declined room service. I received a hostile phone call. I will not be returning to this hotel and would advise others against it.

When i reservation, it didn't say anything about.visitors. Ws went to visit a friend and she rode with us to get checked in. The guy came out and told us we couldnt have visitor's, that we had to meet them on the street. We even offered to pay more for her.to visit us. He told us no, that we paid for 2 people and no more. That we had to leave and had to call Hotels.com to gwt a refund. Iwouldnt suggest this place to anyone. The people are rude.
