This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location and reasonable rates. A quick walk to the water and Lobster Pound is 2 doors down. This is a great home base if you like to be able to walk around. There is not much need to drive with so much in walking distance. We definitely stay here a 3rd time when we come back to the area. Also, they offer a quick and simply continental breakfast; coffee, tea, juice and yogurts, cereal, breads and pastries.
