I have been traveling for a while and I have NEVER been treated the way I was at this place. We arrived late and the office was closed so a security guard let us into a room that looked nothing like what they show on the app or their website. But we thought (maybe because we are late, he gave us whatever room is empty) when I go to the office the next morning I greet the receptionist, give her my name and try to explain that we got in late and that we were given the wrong room; her reply immediately was "no is not the wrong room that is what you paid for" then I said no it is not, that is not the room I made the reservation for... then her reply was "what did you expect for a $140.00 a night" that remark was so disrespectful, and I was getting upset so I asked for the manager just for her to tell me that she still wasn't in. I told her I would comeback after getting breakfast and didn't even let me finish and closed the door on us and told the people in the office "excuse these crazy guests"
A few hours went by and we got back to the hotel, I really didn't want to speak to the receptionist ( I hate confrontation) so I asked one of the housekeepers for the manager and directed me to her. There I was thinking the manager was going to help me solved the problem, hear my side of the story and accommodate or upgrade us but she was way worst than the receptionist because the receptionist is young and I my self have two young adults so I know how that can be but this lady is awful.
