Ok for single person on budget for one night

Very noisy on the road. Extreme noise during the night meant unable to sleep well. Old noisy AC. Curtain unable to keep early morning light out. Had to switch off AC to reduce noise that meant mosquito attack. Overall staff were helpful but with exception of tips.

They denied instantaneously after our arrival after seeing the booking amount without any notice and that too when i enquired an hour before reaching at site. No commitments and completely money oriented people

Worst stay ever i have received they took benefit of kumbh mela event and increased their price of stay while keeping quality of room, cleanliness at minimum level. This is not right customer obsession if you are charging more you should have responsibilities to provide same level of customer service

This is a run down property..tv remotes were broken..did not have iron or hair dryer in the room…very noisy. I will suggest look for other properties near by..staff was looking for tips and trying to pressurize you by standing in groups while leaving the hotel

We made a last minute trip and so stayed at the place we got. The place was awful. Sheets had blood stains and dirt on. Towels were dirty. We had the staff change the whole lot and asked them not leave any comforter and other things in our room that weren’t essential. I walked with flip flops on as I didn’t trust even the floor! They did have TP, which was good. The staff were kind, which was also good. But no amount of kindness can justify the awful nature of the room. What’s worst, the guy there would just walk up and down with you expecting money every time he sees you. Feeling bad, we did give him Rs. 100 here and there. At one time I had to tell him that he rather spend the time cleaning the room instead. There are so many needy devotees all around Prayagraj trying to take a dip in the holy waters. Help them instead of this perfectly healthy young man who is just making free money without any effort. Also, when we wanted a taxi to the airport, they were dismissive saying we would find Ola without any issues. Even after me saying the roads are blocked and cars aren’t coming they didn’t think much about it. Luckily, I did try Ola and Uber well ahead of time to give me time to switch to my plan B in case of car troubles. Sure enough, no Ola, and I needed to find other means to the airport. Anyway, please do yourself a favor and avoid this place if cleanliness is a priority for you.
