A well-located property that is close to public transport with many cafes and grocers nearby. The staff were terrific and the room was large, clean and also airconditioned. Unfortunately there were major bar and front desk renovations underway at the time of my stay which were generally noisy until tools down at 5 pm each day. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Fantastic location, especially if visiting in the summer because it is so close to the film festival. We frequently went for snacks or cocktails at the film festival as there were many great vendors there. Staff were really kind at check-in. Rooms are very clean. I wasn’t sure at first. I’d been travelling for 12h+, I was late and when I got to my room there seemed to be some stuff missing compared with what was listed as facilities. No water, kettle, tea, coffee and I really wanted a cuppa. No room service. I went to reception and the kind member of staff rustled me up a kettle and some teabags. The hotel was actually lovely and excellent value. Clean and really well positioned.

Flemings is a very good choice when staying some days in Vienna. The location is behind the City Hall (Rathaus) and tram stops and metro stops are just outside. Rooms are spacious, the bed and bed linens/pillows are fantastic. Restrooms and shower very good but needs a curtain as the shower is a glass cube. AC is very good too. However, from now Motel One takes over the operation. They are gonna remodelling the rooms. What that means is still a bit unsure, but they will take away the fridge, the nespresso machine, the water boiler, and the free water bottles. The rooms are very good the way they are, and downgrading the facilities is not good, and most probably prices will increase, as renovation costs are very high. So let’s see the next when I stay there if I still think it a 5/5 hotel.

Great location. The check in process was not nice but the hotel is great. Large rooms but the shower is open to the room. Do its not good if you are not a couple. Nothing to block the glass shower. I had to ho yo the lobby to wait in the lobby for my friend to take a shower.

A beautiful old building with high ceilings located very near the Rathaus and Museumsquartier. There are plenty of useful shops and restaurants nearby as well as trans and trains. The staff were excellent and helpful. There is a quirky glass shower in the middle of the room so the room isn’t suitable for sharing with someone you are not intimate with but otherwise it is a very good hotel. I stayed shortly after it had been purchased by Motel One Group and was still operating as Flemings. Things may change in the near future so be aware.
