We were booked into a room up some stairs, as my wife has recently had knee surgery these were very difficult for her to navigate.
Our host was very kind and moved up to another room, although we paid a little extra, this wasn't an issue, as we knew he would have to compensate the other guests for moving them when they arrived.
The room was clean and tidy, beautiful white sheets and towels. The shower was really powerful with lots of hot water.
There is a communal area, kitchen with fridge freezer, stove, microwave and cold water dispenser, which was a god send.
The location being across from the bus depot and train station is ideal for getting around the island.
If you are arriving before 01.00 am, the bus is €10 return or €6 one way.
You can get a shared taxi for €8 if you don't mind sharing.
