The apartment was nice, well located and clean :-) I just found the check-in, payment, & damage deposit (three separate things to do online) as well as getting inside the apartment (had to go through a locked door passed the elevators to a bunch of lockboxes and search for the right one) slightly confusing and a bit complicated compared to what I'm used to.

Room and facillities good in a location for all sites of interest. Clean room and access areas.unfortunayely let down by communication when collecting keys to room with there being no reception as such and stress trying to fing key to room in safe lock amongst hunreds of other locks it was like participating in tv game show.
