Room and facillities good in a location for all sites of interest. Clean room and access areas.unfortunayely let down by communication when collecting keys to room with there being no reception as such and stress trying to fing key to room in safe lock amongst hunreds of other locks it was like participating in tv game show. RS Suites Eaton Center is not in Eaton Center. We were misled. It is in a condo building which is about a kilometer away from Eaton Center. There is no front desk, no concierge.

The apartment was much smaller than advertised and had filth and dead bugs covering the floor. I requested a refund the night of June 5th and the rep I was on the phone with hung up on me. I placed the key back in the lock box and left that same night. I booked a different hotel that night and had a much better time.

The place was nice, good location too. Communicatiin was lacking about check in but easy to reach once i had arrived. It would have been nice to have instuctons prior to arrival. Also i got a parking ticket depsite the fact i had paid for public parking. Still have to sort that out. Just be sure to check parking info before you arrive.

First off, Its a condo unit, not a hotel room. Check in is odd and on-line only. Their communication was OK. Cramped, not a lot of flat surfaces. One of the few outlets in the bedroom didn't work. The coffee maker had the wrong pot so couldn't be used. Very little TV available, you had to sign into your own paid service. There were sheets and towels in both the washer and dryer, but at least it had those things and they appeared to work. On the edge of an undesirable neighborhood, but relatively convenient depending on what you are doing. Starbucks next door and Tim Hortons across the street. Parking is odd. There is an unmanned lot under the building and one across the street. Can pay for 12 hour shifts, from 6 to 6, but that means you need to be up at 6 am to reload the parking. Can be done by phone app at least, and was a decent price for 24 hours. All in all I doubt I would stay here again. I know my wife would not.

My recent stay at RA Suites Eaton Center was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything, including the Eaton Centre. The suite was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really made my experience special was the outstanding service. Ben was incredibly kind and accommodating—he even arranged a late check-out for me, which I truly appreciated. His professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch that made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. I highly recommend RA Suites Eaton Center to anyone visiting Toronto. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place offers great value, comfort, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip ☺️

Not 3 minutes away from arena like said. Waited 3.5 hours on the room, never got room early, infact 1.5 hours after check in time room was "ready". Not fully cleaned because we had to rush them. We were late to the reason for coming out. Not a hotel, its an apartment building so front desk cant help. 1 ply, dollar store products. Communication was unclear, number registered as spam. No parking provided, very upset.

We had a great time in the suite , the view from the top was worth of every penny we paid , plus the suite had everything we needed, the suite was all clean, overall it was a beautiful and comfortable stay .✨🤍
