Make sure your phone plan works in Canada, or you will not have access to the check in code for your room. Also, do NOT arrive early since the room code isn't sent to you until just before check-in time. I arrived 45 minutes early and chose to spend an extra $15 for early check in so I wouldn't have to wait around (with my special needs son), but the approval for early check in didn't arrive until check in time anyway. I am hoping the $15 charge will be cancelled. If it is, I'd like to give more stars for the overall experience. Part of the confusion was my fault.

A foto do quanto quando aluguei e o quarto em si não eram os mesmos. O melhor do hotel sem dúvida é a localização. Das 2 camas de casal, uma era excelente e a outra muito mole. Meus filhos não gostaram. Então é um hotel prático mas razoável.

One lamp in the whole place, overhead light and fan didn’t work. Only one plug in for charging stuff in living area but the one lamp needed to be plugged in. And it was loose.

My family and I spent two nights at this hotel on a March break getaway. We did not had light in the bedroom, altough I called the recommended number both days to mention that we need a light in the room and nothing happened. Forgot to day, there is virtual reception so nobody to ask for anything really. The windows were broken (bedroom and bathroom) so we were not allowed to open the window for fresh air. There was no ventilation at the bathroom and the window broken.. I would not chose again this hotel also I won't recommend to anyone.

Chambre avec salle de bain et télévision avec le câble. Suffisamment de serviettes/débarbouillettes pour chaque place à coucher (4 de chaque pour 4 places à coucher). Facile d’entrer dans l’immeuble et la chambre grâce aux codes envoyés, pas besoin de clé ni de carte. Sécuritaire. Très bien situé, près de tout dans le vieux Québec et de plusieurs restaurants. Chambre très propre.

My partner and I stayed here for a quick overnight trip to celebrate the holiday. The location of this hotel was fantastic as you are right smack dab in the middle of Old Quebec. It had prime restaurants and shops and was a walkable distance from pretty much any attraction. Despite being a hotel, there is not a front reception desk and you check in on your own which my partner and I loved as it allowed us to just check right in and start exploring right away. The only thing I will say is that the amenities/ building itself is quite old which is expected for staying in the old part of the city. Specifically the room we stayed in did not have an attached bathroom, but for a 48 hour trip it didn't bother us too much! Would highly recommend for a quick budget friendly trip and will def being staying here again!

I had stayed here years ago and noticed there’s new management now. The room was spacious and clean. You’re literally 1 minute form the chateau Frontenac. For some reason, the coffee in the unit was amazing I had a great time - def recommend !
