Quarto limpo e com itens suficientes para uma ótima estadia. Possui uma boa localização e café da manhã saboroso. A região possui um pouco de barulho alguns dias e a acústica do quarto não é tão boa, isso pode atrapalhar um pouco para dormir.

O hotel é uma construção antiga, muito bem localizado, supermercado ao lado e a poucos passo tem várias opções de restaurante. Staf super atencioso, recebi um mimo de boas vindas e como sai cedo deixaram um lanche para viagem. Ótimo custo benefício.

Two locks on the door, one worked. Not well equipped kitchen, the refrigerator used for storage, freezer used as a refrigerator. Moldy/mildew smell in the bedroom. Bring spray for small bugs in the bathroom. No soap or body soup. Hair product on the sheets, pillow cases, or towels, they will charge for soiling. However, not for make up. I thought laundry was included in rate. Noise from street and rooftop restaurant/bar/night club until 3 to 4am, sometimes later. No pool. The street entrance to the hotel is questionable. No instructions for the TINY safe in the room. The location of the hotel is good, the staff was great.

Loved our stay here! The hotel was beautiful in such a charming building. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and were impressed with our large, clean room. They even had thoughtful touches that made it feel very sweet. The breakfast was amazing with so much food & drinks, the gorgeous roof top patio that it was served on was so wonderful. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful (even with our dreadful lack of Spanish). Definitely recommend this hotel, it felt like very good value for what we paid. Really wish that we could have stayed longer!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, make sure not to missed before 9:40 AM. Everything was great, my only problem was the cold water especially in the morning; otherwise no complaints.

The rooms were clean but that's it. The toilet would not stop running, the shower head squirted water from its top. The knob to turn on the shower was not attached. The spigot was rigged to not be turned far enough to attain hot water. The stove in the family suite was turned off. There was only one accessible electrical outlet in each room. I ordered filet mignon from the restaurant and, after a loooong delay, they served me flank steak disguised in chocolate syrup. The original dish promised a hint of chocolate. My inferior meat was swimming in Hershey's chocolate sauce. Now, HERE'S THE WORST OF IT: I spent five nights without a decent sleep because of live music blasting until after 2:30am. Every night. It seemed to be coming from inside and outside at once. That's because it was. Loud music from the rooftop restaurant permeated the air outside *and* through the interior court. On our last night (when I was served flank steak in Hershey's chocolate) I discovered giant speakers were pointing directly at the interior court opening. The noise we thought was coming from the neighborhood was actually being generated AT THE HOTEL. My fellow traveler was charged a laundry fee because there was hair cream on her pillow. As we have used such products on our hair all our lives, we know for a certaintly that it washes out with regular laundry cleaning. There are too many black people in Cartagena for hotel staff not to have encountered this. That fee seemed like it was a "black tax."

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba muy bien, la ducha apenas salía un chorrito de agua, si llevas un acompáñate te lo cobran y las habitaciones son bien pequeñas. Pero el hotel está cerca de todo y la zona parece ser segura.
