Hot tub was maybe 101. It was to cool for me to get into it. Bummer. The room was clean and stocked. It felt real old and had a smoke smell. We brought our own air cleaner so that helped. Staff great, Pool is so beautiful but because the Hot tub was not hot enough I didn't get wet at all.

The code to unlock our door initially wasn’t working but the staff was able to help with that. The bathroom wasn’t super clean, there were some hairs in the bath tub. We also got a call & a text on our second day saying we needed to get our stuff out of the room because it was “after checkout time” but our reservation was until the next day.

Check in was easy, as I had already received my room number and door codes before arrival. I especially appreciated the keypad entry, it eased my anxiety about forgetting a key/keycard. The room was spacious and clean, but there was a lingering musty smell from being an older building which was easily remedied by my aromatherapy room spray. Fantastic accommodations, and I definitely enjoyed the complimentary snack box provided. Good location with easy access on foot or by car to food, shopping, and entertainment. I wish I remembered to pack my swimsuit, because the pool area looked like a great place to relax and refresh. I’ll be back the next time I visit Tempe.

The ACs im the kitchen annd bedroom are very old and very loud. It’s hard to sleep through that noise. Also, the pillows are not comfortable . They look like someone cut up pieces of foam and filled up a pillow case. The internet is very limited and slow and the TV is a fire TV with no regular cable channels.
