Very clean room and very helpful staff. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning. They have fire pits outside with chair chairs, which is very relaxing. 500 stairs up next to a giant ski lift if you want a work out. Beautiful golf course. It is a ski/golf lodge, but very well kept up.

We liked this resort very much, and would come back. But potential visitors should know that currently (mid-summer 2026), the resort is experiencing a staff shortage (at least housekeeping staff). We could not get into our room until a couple hours after the supposed check-in time. On the bright side, desk staff gave us vouchers for dinner in order to compensate as best they could.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom studio cabin. We appreciated it. We did not have the opportunity to use the pool area. We did go to Framer's to see the UP Sports Hall of Fame, and enjoy a wonderful Happy Hour with excellent service by the staff. The overall property has good amenities and interesting history we enjoyed, with close to key experiences in the region. We were disappointed only in what we were afforded by Hotels.com that were not followed through with.

Check in was smooth. I would recommend this motel for sure. We don't golf or ski but we found plenty to do in the area and took advantage of Famers restaurant on site. The only thing I would want is a microwave in the room. There is one in the lobby for everyone to use but.... The hot tub, pool and sauna were wonderful.

We had a great stay in a wonderful 2-BR cabin right off of a ski slope. The cabins are really well designed and new! It had a huge walk-in shower. There were large flatscreen TV’s on the wall in the bedrooms which we really enjoyed having. It had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee bar. It is a short walk to the fabulous golf course right down the road. My husband and daughter loved the swimming pool, which was nice and warm. The restaurant in the main lodge was awesome. We will definitely be back!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Rooms were tight quarters with those beautiful log bed frames. Only 3 of us and hard to move at times. Other than that, great little getaway for my boys to ski and kick it poolside
