We had an amazing stay in this magical apartment. Sandip at Heaven Crest relay supported us during the stay and did all in his power to make things perfect. The apartment is 5 min walk from Dubai mall and we had a room with view of the ocean. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. Room was nice and clean, maintained poorly the tv was now working properly and biggest complaint was the lack of hot water in the main shower, we wrote the property mananget and said it’s perfect wait 15 min to heat, but we noticed in the double vanity one had no hot water and the other did, then since we where in a rush we tried and took a shower with hot water from the accessories in the tub. Besides this and the non working TV everything was fine.

La situation est centrale. Vue sur les Fontaines et le burj kalifa. À 2 min à pied d’une entree du Dubai mail. Beaucoup de restaurant autour. Appartement était très propre et nous avions tout ce que nous avions besoin. Les serviettes pour la piscine sont fournies directement a la piscine. Je recommende cet appartement.
