Fantastic service and property. The staff at the front desk is super friendly and accommodating with any needs. The area is very safe and there are many dining options as well as supermarkets close. The Trafalgar square is super lively at night and a great place to hang out. The room itself was very clean with every amenity I can think of. Great views from the balcony too. Overall 10/10, one of the best places I've stayed in. Would definitely come back.

STAY HERE!! The staff were all polite and helpful. It was a luxury for us that they spoke such fluent English. The room was really a small apartment, with 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom, full kitchen, and a small living room with nice big windows overlooking the street. Super clean, blackout curtains, extremely comfortable beds. Location is perfect.

Good stay but with an issue.

Pros: The room was very clean (thanks Fabiola)! The bed was comfortable. It was fairly quiet considering the hotel is on a big street. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Cons: The a/c and heating unit didn't work correctly so we were unable to get a comfortable temperature. The smoke alarm above the bed alternates between flashing red and flashing white every couple of seconds when it's night time and dark in the room. The red flashes during the day but the white only flashes at night so perhaps no one who works for the hotel has noticed it?

No air conditioning

The room was27 C in the evening and It was impossible to sleep as the air-conditioning did not work and leaving the windows open was extremely noisy. the next day when I asked the reception about the failure of the air-conditioning. I was told that it is now winter season in the air condition does not work. I have rarely seen the front desk staff care so little.

A região tem muitos bares e restaurantes, ideal para aproveitar a vida local. O quarto conta com cozinha, ótimo para quem vai ficar mais dias e quer preparar o próprio café da manhã. A estação de metrô fica muito próxima, mas também é fácil sair caminhando — e essa é, sem dúvida, a melhor forma de conhecer a cidade.

Awesome apartment hotel

Phenomenal place in my favorite part of Madrid away from the madness of centro. Everything was great and the balcony was very pleasant. Only thing I’d add is to offer more frequent cleanings and paper towels, salt, oil and basic cooking supplies. Nonetheless the stay was awesome and the staff was very helpful.

La unidad superior que elegimos superó nuestras espectativas. Una vista espectacular de esquina a esquina con dos balcones. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar en una estadia cono si estuvieras en tu hogar. La cocina (nevera estufa y accesrios de cocina) y el baño tiene todo lo necesario. Tienen lavanderia y Gym. La seguridad del lugar es muy buena y el personal fue muy atento y amable ante lo que necesitas o preguntas. El supermercado super cerca al igual que la estación del metro. Tiene muchos lugares cercanos para cenar. De seguro volveriamos en mas ocasiones y recomiendo el lugar.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which made it easy for us to get around the city. The entire property was clean and modern, with everything looking new and well taken care of. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Excellent spot for exploring Madrid and easy access to Santiago Bernabeu via bus 5/149 and the city center via bus 3. Very comfortable rooms and beds, fully functioning kitchen for preparing food from the local markets, and lovely tapas restaurants close by when you don’t want to cook yourself. We travelled for leasure but it would be great for work to. Welcome pack provided with a little coffee, oil, condiments, diswashing soap, etc.

Camera in una depandance davanti all'ingresso dell'hotel, in palazzo d'epoca molto bello e dis retamente tenuto. Juste génial !

Séjour fantastique dans un hôtel très bien situé dans la ville avec tous types de commerces aux alentours. Agréable découverte. Nous avions un appartement très confortable et d’une très grande propreté qui ne manquait de rien. Aménagement parfait!! Seul bémol aucun service de chambre, mais en cas de besoin le personnel est à l’écoute pour changer les serviettes ramener des pastilles pour le lave vaisselle etc. Nous sommes restées 7 jours et nous recommandons cet hébergement sans problème.
