Worst. Hotel. Ever.

1. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. We left our number, and asked the front desk to call us when we could check in. Nobody ever did. 2. Lifted the covers and found a few pubic hairs and food crumbs on the bed sheets. Only managed to have them changed after 3 calls to the front desk and 2.5 hours of waiting. 3. Booked the more expensive option with free breakfast only to be told that breakfast isn't included in our stay. 4. The room itself is dinky, with no outside facing window, painfully slow WiFi, and strange banging noises audible throughout the day. You have been warned.

I ONLY STAYED HERE ONE NIGHT.THE ROOM THEY GAVE ME AS STANDARD WAS SMALL. BUT EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND NICE. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY NICE EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH. BREAKFAST WAS NICE! I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL.

Gran ubicación para conocer y compartir con los mismos colombianos, no con otros turistas. Todos los empleados muy atentos, amables y complacientes. El restaurante y la comida muy buenos. Sin embargo, necesitan actualizar/modernizar las habitaciones y los baños. La zona es algo ruidosa en las noches por la música de los locales alrededor.

Good Balue, Best Shower in Town!

Mediterraneo has a very nice staff, great location and plenty of hot water for showers, probably the best water pressure I found in Medellin. The was a double set of windows to dampen the noise of Avenida 70, which helps a lot. The only negative was that the hallway lights are on a motion detector that doesn’t work very well, so my trips from the elevator to the room were mostly in the dark.

Absolutely worth every penny!!

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is incredibly friendly and hospitable. Its in a great location. Breakfast is included and its all you can eat. Fresh fruits, juices. 2 types of eggs, and an array of home made breads. My only down was the construction. They are re-creating the main entrance and tearing up the area. Obviously this is temporary and should not keep you from staying here. But be aware that until this is finished, the daytime is not as peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

My stay here was fine. There was a mix-up of some sort so we didn't have the room serviced for our second day of the stay, but for the third the folks cut us a deal to give us a discounted rate for an enormous suite. Overall, cleanliness (when service is rendered) and location are very good.
