A poucos minutos a pé da estação do Monorail e do porto de onde saem os ferrys para as ilhas. Também dá para ir a pé até Kokusaidori. As amenities ficam na recepção e o quarto tem um bom tamanho. O café da manhã é ótimo. Bem variado, inclusive o ocidental.
