We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. Everything felt cozy and elegant. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and the perfect place to unwind after a day out. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

What I liked about it, it's only 5 minutes walk to Conlay MRT station. I loved the coffee machine in the office I could make a nice cup of coffee anytime. Bed very comfortable. What I did not like is they do not provide face washer, hand towels and there is no conditioner. No microwave.

Room was great for price, not a good view but I want in it much anyways. Walking distance (10mins) to KLCC and Pavilion. Not much else in the area. Free Laundry Room came in handy. View from.pool was incredible

The single room apartments do not have a living area apart from the kitchenette. I found this to be very disconcerting. So you either had to be in the kitchenette or the bedroom.

Disappointing

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this property. Cleanliness: The bed sheets and some pillowcases were stained, the shower had hair from a previous guest, and the dining chair wasn’t clean. Noise: My room was next to the waste chute, so there was constant loud banging whenever someone used it. The soundproofing was poor, and I could clearly hear noise from the hallway. The hotel manager confirmed to me all rooms were the same. View: The photos online were misleading — they showed views of the Twin Towers, but it proved such view wouldn’t be possible, even from one of the higher floors. Service and Security: The front desk wasn’t very helpful, and I was uncomfortable that my passport photo was taken and shared in a WhatsApp group. Overall, the stay didn’t meet expectations, especially regarding cleanliness, noise, and guest privacy.

Irresponsible staff and bad communication. The room has a weird smell, and the air conditioner is not working. They let us fix it ourselves until we found out the main switch outside the room had a problem, and then they sent someone to fix it. The room is still considered clean and quiet, just don't get a room near the trash chute.

Flat not clean + attempted scam

The flat was not clean. Stained surfaces on doors, mirrors and floors especially. I was also attempted scammed via Whatsapp to confirm my card details by someone who had knowledge about our stay inc. dates; that suggests someone at this hotel is leaking info to outsiders. I notified the hotel management who suggested I should notify WhatsApp, meaning they do not acknowledge that they have a problem. This has not happened in the other 10+ hotels we stayed in during our 32 day trip

Okay stay, good for price

My stay here was decent. The space was great for the value but a bit outdated/unclean. The appliances in the kitchen did not work and there isn’t a hair dryer in the bathroom which was inconvenient.

I'm not sure how this property got so many high ratings. It's a terrible setup. The room was ok if you don't mind looking straight into another unit and having no view whatsoever. The building is split into 3 companies so there is 3 different check-in areas. Parking was down 4 levels of basement (and it went down even further)The building lifts are divided into 3 so each company gets 2 lifts to service 45+ floors which takes forever. The lifts stay where they were used last so often you would find both lifts near the top of the building. There is no restaurant here but it worked out well, I discovered the Hyatt.. Best buffet breakfast I have ever been to and it's on the 38th floor! I'll be staying there next time

The apartment was designed beautifully. Everything worked. Black out shades in the bedroom, Excellent bathroom. Sun never directly shines in the windows because of the way the building is designed. Staff communicated proactively on whatsapp and were very helpful. Only negatives would be that leaving this large building from the 16th floor is somewhat of an event. Also convenience stores, coffee are at least a 300 meter walk from the property.

First time in KL with family. We came to the apartment. A guy called Gutam came out and took 2 luggage and said rest of the luggage for us to take. Which we did. He took us to the reception for the apartment we were staying. Gutum took us to our apartment and said if we needed anything to call him or text him. He said his available 24/7 if we needed anything but that was not true. He was not available 24/7 and not availableat all. I text to say how to work the washing machine he didn't respond. I text him for how does the hot water work for tea or coffee, because there was no Kettle. We then had problems with hot water for shower. Text him no answer. Basically the communication was very poor and the air condition in one of the room didn't work and made noise. So the stay wasnt good. I will not be staying at this apartment again. The guy in ground floor called Joe was very helpful. He was better the Gutum.

The property overall is very well kept. I would say one of the biggest downside would be the laundry. For as many rooms The Manor is able to accommodate, they have two very tiny washer and dryers. I spent 2 nights of my stay past 4am because I had to wash clothes after waiting for someone’s set to be done. Another thing is, that there is no WiFi to my knowledge available on level 46 where the infinity pool is located. I asked the security guard for the WiFi password and was told he doesn’t know it and was simply the security guard. Last thing to know about The Manor is that if you book the 3 bedrooms that are conjoining rooms, you cannot have the room doors open. When booking 3 bedrooms, I was expecting for easy access to my kids and vice versa; however, that was not the case. I booked 16L and 16R as well as 17L and 17R, there is the main door that can open the entry way to either room WHICH CANNOT BE LOCKED. So if you have children that have a tendency to come to mom and dad at night, this set up is not one you should choose. Almost forgot, The Manor operates to be energy efficient so your room card is also the key to keep the power on. So after a day of sight seeing, don’t expect to come back to a nicely air conditioned room. And if you are with large group, ask to be in at least the same lobby (there’s 3 lobbies that require its own elevator key) so you can easily go to each others rooms.

We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean throughout although there were children’s hand prints on the terrace doors. The swimming pool and gym are excellent and the view of the Petronas towers is incredible. The area around the property felt very safe and getting a Grab taxi was very easy. It’s a 20 minute walk to the main areas for food but that wasn’t an issue for us . I would definitely stay again. There was only one key which could create a problem if you are sharing accomodation but we didn’t ask if we could have a second key which may be available .
