The apartment is conveniently located near Conlay MRT. It features a swimming pool, 24/7 security, and ample parking space. There’s a malay restaurant just a block away for easy dining options. Can see Twin towers building from the bedroom and living room balcony. However, note that there are no laundry or self-service laundry facilities available, which might be a concern for stays longer than three days. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

High expectations, disappointing experience

Seemingly large, impressive, and up-scale, it gives an initial impression that completely contradicts the experience. Many portions inside the hotel are under construction (as are outside), as if the property was half-built and prematurely released to the public. The entrance/exit is clearly designed for automobiles and is awkward, unsafe and unwalkable for pedestrians. The rest of the hotel design is a failure due to its confusing, inefficient layout. My room had a chemical smell. The artwork consisted of an easel that had no good place to be stored, and was instead inconveniently placed in the center of the small kitchen. Despite changing the settings, the water dispenser only delivered hot water. The shower only delivered cold water. There was one trash can. It's apparent that little thought was given to the design and experience of the residents.

Never again.

The hotel is set up like a condo. There are three lift lobbies and it’s impossible to visit other floors or other rooms in other towers. One of our three rooms had vomit on the floor and the fridge was filthy dirty. No face or hand towels. No kitchen towels. Asking for any services like extra bath towels was painful, done with WhatsApp and if they responded to the request it might be several hours later. I would not stay again at any price. We booked three rooms and had to change rooms more than once to get to something resembling an actual family hotel stay.

Nice place with small issues.

The staff here were very helpful. The location was very close to klcc and near everything we wanted it to be. The wifi and refrigerator stopped working and they couldnt fix it, it was our final day there and they wanted to move us to a different room. We opted to stay. The free washer/dryer was noce but there was a massive wait to get it done with only 2 machines.

Schönes Appartment mit Blick auf Petronas Towers

Freundlicher Empfang und problemloser Check-In an der hilfsbereiten und auskunftsfreudigen Rezeption. Die Appartments waren sehr schön dekoriert und sind modern gestaltet. Von einem der beiden Appartments hatte man vom Balkon einen schönen Ausblick auf die Petronas Twin Towers. Sauberkeit war top und die Austattung inkl. Bademänteln sehr gut. Einzig der Wasserspender lieferte beim Schneeflockensymbol kein kaltes, sondern warmes Wasser, was aber angeblich so sein soll… Empfehlung also Wasser zapfen und dann im großen Kühlschrank kaltstellen. Auch der Pool im 46. Stock ist schön, wobei ich mir hier gewünscht hätte, dass dort Badetücher bereitgestellt würden, damit man nicht die Handtücher aus em Appartment nutzen muss. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert!

L’hôtel est situé à quelques minutes de marches de la petronas tower. Il s’agit de chambres dans une residence hyper sécurisée et très moderne. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous sommes ravi de cet établissement

It was a very good property.. Didnt realize it was service apartment. It would have been great if they had included some basics like Toiletries as in Hotel like Body lotion, Paste, Conditioner etc.. Kitchen to include basic spices like Salt and Pepper. Overall it was good experience for family with great view s of the skyline.
