The room was in a great location however we had a room at the back of the premises snd whildt it was quiet it was a bit dark. It had a wind that looked at onto a light well. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay and we felt that wasnt very hygienic particularly as we were there for 4 nights.

Not the hotel I was expecting

So I found the Hotels.com listing a bit misleading once we arrived and realized this is not a fully functioning Hotel. It’s barely staffed. No night staff, nothing. No services, while the rooms (and entire faculty) seems fairly new, they cut a lot of corners. The entire “hotel” is built within a what once was a really big apartment on Gran Via. Now converted to I guess a dozen rooms. I would never do this again and for what we paid, it’s poor value.

A localização é maravilhosa, o quarto também estava bem arrumado, limpo quando chegamos. Os sabonetes e hidratantes são muito cheirosos. Tem ar-condicionado (descobri que ha hotel que só tem ar quente). Cama grande, lençóis são de boa qualidade e a toalha é grande. O Wi-Fi é bom. Gostei de tudo (e sou chatinho).

Es fundamentalmente un AirB&B de una habitación, sin servicio de limpieza, ni restaurante, ni nada más que la cama y te controlan hasta el agua que gastas. La verdad me sorprende que estuviera anunciado en hoteles .com, si quiera un Airb&b lo buscaría en esa aplicación.

Melhor estadia em Madrid!

Instalações muito boas, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Hospedagem de alta qualidade e localizado bem no centro de Madrid com facil acesso a vários pontos turisticos da cidade. Possuem tambem suporte para guardar as malas no dia de checkin e checkout e a comunicação com eles foi sempre muito fácil e clara. Além disso, o atendimento e atencão da recepção foi excepcional durante a estadia! Conchi foi excelente em tudo! Recomendo muito essa acomodação!
