They do provide good customer service but the rooms are old, bathrooms super small, takes a long time for the water to heat up, blinds were broken in our room, carpet felt kinda tacky and it was a pet room, but still. Very basic room with a tv, small refridge and micro.

Clean room. Overpowering fragrance, it lessened over time, but was noticable every time I left and came back in the room. It's a 2-star motel so not a lot of amenities. It did have a large recliner with a footrest, so that was a pleasant surprise.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westerner. It is an older motel and delightful. The staff are terrific and we will definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and overall the room was clean. But there were no bulbs in any of the lamps. The recliner in the room was dingy and though the sheets and towels were technically clean they all had stains from age and use. Parking was very difficult outside our room as well due to a large trailer being in front of the assigned spot. It was good for the single night we stayed. I'd consider staying there again if i was in need of a cheap stay.

Nice “mom & pop” motel when staying in Chadron… Nothing fancy (yes you still get a brass key) but clean, quiet and comfortable… polite desk clerk who was very efficient and friendly.
