Everything was great except that a double payment was taken automatically at pre-registration after having already paid theough Hotel.com. However the duplicate was refunded as soon as it was realized.

Disappointed stay

Disappointed with our stay. We have been staying at this convenient hotel for 10 years now when we drive through there and each year it seems to downgrade. The reception check in is always pleasant. Beds are comfortable and bathroom clean. The carpets and furniture are filthy. The breakfast is no longer decent (and we are not that picky). Coffee is like tinted water. Two slices of bread (one being the crust) in a plastic sandwich bag.

Loss of pride

the hotel has new owners and can see the place is not as clean as before and is showing signs of neglect (stains,chips,cracked tiles,missing stopper in sink,ice machine,toaster,out of order breakfast items not avaviable etc New owners do not seem to care about the hotel

This is our 3rd time staying here. Our room was a suite. I always get a room that has a comfortable seat. Bad back. There was no coffee in the machine they provide in your room. There were coffee grounds in the garbage can. Everything else was fine. Check in was good. Breakfast was terrible. It ends at 9:30. We were there at 8:35. There were no bread muffins at all the container that says bakery was empty. 4 boiled eggs. 5 bagels. No fruit 5 cream cheese And waffles. Juice in the machine. 1 was empty. Toaster only worked on 1 side. It is sad to see that they are letting it go downhill

Family Visit

Advertise the fitness room did not exist, equipment like luggage racks were old and dilapidated stains on carpets. Breakfast was not great not that I expect a lot. Hotel was quiet. Relatively speaking based on location. Employees were fine not overly friendly but helpful when asked.

We have stayed here many times ans always found it to be excellent. This time, it appears that management has changed. The furniture was stained, the plaster above the shower was cracked. It was clean enough, but not the sparkling clean it used to be. The hair dryer was missing. Also, it appears that the hotel is using part of the property to shelter homeless people. We will not be back.
