Great small pool outside with lounge chairs. The room was nicely updated with great a/c. However the bathroom needs an outlet for the hair dryer. Also a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be a great touch! Other than that everything is great!

The room was nice. BUT no safe in the room for our passports cash etc , no microwave, no toaster, NO HOT WATER the shower was barely Luke warm, the overhead shower head would not stay on, no one came in to bring fresh towels etc not once in 7 days and when we checked in the bathroom/shower definitely wasn’t clean enough in my opinion. Checking in and out went well. Paying the cleaning fee at the end was a bit confusing there was no one on site to pay and get a receipt so I used the link they sent me to pay it and it was easy . We did not see a staff member once our entire stay. We did leave early for the beach in the mornings but arrived back later in the day and still no one around. The location was perfect for us . The pool was nice . For the price it was good enough but could use improvement on my above mentioned things .

We enjoyed our stay at South Beach. The place was cleaned. It is close to the grocery and some beaches. It was easy to walk to the grocery stores and Divi beach. It is a quiet place. The pool is nice. I recommend to have a car if you want to visit and have dinner at restaurants. Us we rent a car for half of our holidays (5/10). Amir, the host, is very helpful. I will not hesitate to reserve that apartment again.

Just a cozy and convenient place to Stay for 9 awesomely awesome days for my 1st time in Aruba! Amir is a hardworking hostess who is always available to answer any questions and make things right! 😉 The room is spacious and air conditioner kept me cool! The bed was very comfy too! The pictures are are exactly what to expect. Having a car was the greatest...can go anywhere on the island and be there in 15 minutes or less! Laundry place and convenient store right down the street. I came home with all clean clothes! 😀 ABC Tours is right across the Street which was convenient too! Love Aruba and Love Amir! Will definitely come back next year! Great Birthday Celebration had thanks to this Diamond in the rough! The pool is pretty but I drove to a different beach everyday. ⛱️ I had the best weather!

I had an amazing stay at South Beach Residences Oct 2025. The location is easily accessible by car and close to many amenities. The room felt new, it was very clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my stay. They even had beach chairs annd umbrellas for us to borrow during the duration of our stay. Amir was extremely helpful and informative! He met us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. 10/10 highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Amir and Ramsay’s were very nice and hospitable. Answered all our questions and helped us out a lot. The room and the pool were beautiful . It’s a bit of a walk to Eagle beach but we did it every day without an issue . Out first trip to Aruba was awesome ! Thanks

This is our third time in Aruba, first in the hotel , room was very clean, the ac was excellent, the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent too. The bathroom was remodeled, the refrigerator and the gas cooktop also new. The infinity pool also very nice. The communication with Amir via whatsapp super fast , we needed a cooler and he provided it for us . His uncle very nice too and Elizabeth very nice too, and Bobby the star of the place. I will definitely return next year.

The unit we stayed in was renovated and worked well for our needs. The kitchen had the basics which met expectations. The pool was cleaned and maintained. The area was quite and the host was responsive to questions or client needs as they arose.

Love it!!!!!! Amir is the sweetest and most professional guy ever! It is a nice little hotel & apt style residence...the pool is wonderful. It is very close to the supermarket, totally walkable. If you walk for about 15 mins-ish to the right side the hotel, there are lots of good restaurants; Italian, dutch, pizza, and etc! Highly recommended South Beach Residence!!!

Amir was a wonderful host, and was very helpful when we were in Aruba. The location of the apartment was great, and it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. I would highly recommend renting a car, however, as Aruba is not the most walkable island. It was great to be close to restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Amir is a fantastic host. Checking to make sure everything is going well and making recommendations about the activities on the Island. Checked in just enough but wasn't interrupting our vacation at all. He also gave us a great price on a rental with a contract and insurance. The car was brand new. He also has a very nice SUV for those who need a little more room. A small car was perfect for the 2 of us. He is in the process of completing renovations but there was no noise that bothered us at all. He is educated, well spoken, and speaks several languages. He is a younger guy with a lot of hustle and great business ideas and it's refreshing to see someone working so hard to be successful. The pool was beautiful and very clean. There is no microwave yet but there is a gas cooktop, fridge, coffee maker and some cooking utensils. Nothing super fancy but we made eggs for breakfast and they were delicious. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. There were also 2 chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach which was a nice touch and saved us money at the beach. We will stay again when we go back (this was my 3rd time on the island. Stayed in all inclusive in Palm Beach before). I wish this place had been open 2 years ago.. would have saved me thousands! There is also a very friendly stray dog named Bobby who has "gotten to the soul" of a very soft hearted person who is renting long term and he takes good care of him.
