Visited Istanbul in January and the property was very warm but the option to open the window was available. Great value for money, parking available with 24hr reception which was ideal as I checked in after midnight.

Its a lovely location once you familiarise yourself with the location. Service is grand, but very dependant on who is serving you. Cleaning services were not offered, not sure if I had to request them, had to go ask for fresh towels from housekeeping (who were very happy to help and I am highly appreciative of their service, absolutely lovely service indeed). Overall a good enough stay, but cleaning service and information request services were sub-par.

Otel genel olarak temizdi havlular , çarşaf oda düzenini baya beğendik. Tek sıkıntı giriş esnasında resepsiyon personelinin ilgisizliğiydi. Biz içeri girdiğimizde 10 dk boyunca telefonu kapatmasını bekledik. Belki karşısında bizim gibi başka bir misafirle konuşuyordu habire konu uzadıkça uzuyordu fakat telefonu kapattıktan sonra yalandan bile olsa kusura bakmayın bile demedi güleryüz sıfırdı . Teras katında 6-7 tane genç küfürlü ve yüksek sesle konuşuyordu resepsiyonu oda değişimi için aradık müsait oda yok dedi. 1 saat onların gürültüsünü dinledik
